  • The Expedition was running rough. Gio was able to figure what was wrong, gave us a reasonable quote (unlike the Ford Dealer), ran down what he was going to do and it was ready when he promised it. Gio, Mark and the rest of the staff are personable, friendly and HONEST! I recommended Gio's to my mother-n-law who was having the same issues with her 2006 Expedition. As like ours, he fixed it and she is very happy. Highly recommended....

  • It went very well, and I can't thank Dale enough for his fast response. Dale was very pleasant to talk with, and his crew did a fantastic job. The job was completed in 2 days. I would recommend Dale's Hitchin Station Inc. to anyone inquiring about iron work. I would also use them in the future if needed.

  • I had a scheduled appointment for this service which is done annually on my car by Mercedes Benz of Encino. My experience has always been positive. My Mercedes is a 2008 and since I purchased it brand new this dealership has performed all of my auto service repairs and maintenance. I trust them completely in insuring that my vehicle performance is the best. Although my car is 4 years old it still performs like new. The service is great and my service adviser attends to all my concerns and vehicle maintenance needs explaining everything in detail before the work is done. I highly recommend this dealership because of that personal touch and the excellent service provided to their customers.

  • I had a great experience with Western Edge Auto. They were fast and very professional. I was called and informed on the status of my car very promplty. The cost was slightly higher than other mechanics, but they use quality parts and guarantee them for much longer than most companies. I would recommend anyone taking their cars there. Fast quality work for a fair price.

  • Tim is the manager of American Tire Depot and he has been taking care of our cars for well over 14 years.  Tim is honest, friendly knows what he is doing.  If there is a discount for the service he is providing at the time of the visit, he will tell you about it, if he can make you a deal, he will.  He also offers a discount to all students of Antelope Valley Community College.

As always, Tim got us in and out of his shop in about half an hour and there were no issues.

I highly recommend American Tire Depot.  When you go for service, tell Tim that Jon and Kathryn sent you.

  • I dropped off my car at around noon on a Saturday. While the tires were installed, I walked to the nearby mall with my two children in our double-stroller. I returned at just before closing (approx. 4:50pm) to pick up my car. I paid for the tires, went into the parking lot and parked the stroller alongside the car. I opened the rear passenger-side door and began strapping my youngest daughter into her car seat. The car began rolling backward and pinned me between the open door and the stroller. I was able to free myself, and quickly open the front door. My car has a manual transmission, and the Sears employee who parked it left it in neutral, but did not engage the emergency brake. There was nothing to stop it from rolling into me, another car, another customer, the building, or the stroller where my older daughter was still sitting. I was able to pull the emergency brake before my rolling car caused any damage or injuries, but this oversight made me seriously doubt the quality of service I received. If the technician could not remember to pull the emergency brake or put my car in gear before turning it off, how could I trust that he/she properly installed the tires I had just paid for? I was so concerned that I had an independent mechanic check the tires on the following Monday. Thankfully, he saw no problems with them. By the time I was able to stop the car and make sure my children were safe, the service office was closed and there was not an employee in sight. Over the next few days, each time I called to speak to the manager, he/she was "not available", so I eventually told my story to the cashier who answered the phone. She seemed generally unconcerned because the action of strapping my daughter into the car seat is what had jolted the car and started it rolling... which is beside the point. The point is that they had done nothing to STOP it from rolling. I sent letters to the manager and to Sears' corporate office. I made it clear that I did not want to receive coupons or store credit or anything, since I plan on never returning. I just want this to NEVER happen again. Because what if, next time, the mother parks her stroller BEHIND the car? I have received no response from Sears whatsoever.
