  • Repair went well, reasonable pricing, service in one day. I was however a bit surprised that after the work was complete and we picked up the car, the technician did not check the "check engine" light. We asked that they check, no further issues. I was just surprised that the car was in for work and they didn't check or advise. I received two calls for issues that were unknown when we brought the car in and authorized the work, but the "check engine" light wasn't addressed until we raised the question. Minor detail, but that's what sometimes separates the "A" ratings from the "B".

  • We took my son's car in knowing that it needed a lot of work, so when we were told it would be $2000 we were not surprised. After the work was completed, however, the car only drove 3 miles before breaking down again. When We got the car back to the shop, we were informed that they had missed some things and it would be another $2000. We were also told that the engine only had about one year left, something they admitted they knew about beforehand but hadn't told us. Obviously, if we had known the car needed $4000 of work plus a new engine within a year we would not have spent the first $2000. Now we have spent $2000 for repairs on a vehicle that still can't be driven, Do not take your car here!

  • This man is shady he installed 2 catilac converters on my car earlier this year after that began troubles with the car blew my engine two months later so re built it and my new Mechanic tells me that the numbers on the parts don't match up in the he system as being the right part to have installed. So basically the law that was passed in 2009 made it illegal to do that. This man knowingly installed parts not compatible to my make and model car. Causing the issue engine to blow. On top of that he claims he told me they weren't the right parts. Why would I agree to pay 580 for parts that would mess my car up more. Not only that but the work he did was sloppy and the welding was done improperly. Never gave me the warranty that comes with the part from the manufacturer. Now I'm fining out the front converters will cost me another 780 for the front and 300 for the rear in addition to the 5000 I spent to rebuild the engine. Spare your selves the cost and stress and disappointment and do not trust this man with u r car. I wish I would of know something like this before I made the mistake of taking it to him.Jorge magna is a shady business owner who doesn't deserve to have a licence at all.

  • We dropped in, were met by a pleasant salesguy named Dominick who promised not to waste our whole day when we explained that we did not want that to happen.  Test drove one, he described and demonstrated everything we did not already know about Japanese cars.  Went to visit the tiresome finance guy who tried very hard to charge more than we wanted for a lease. We  were being polite but insistent that we were about to leave.  In contrast, lease contract female person who did the legal explaining and signing,  was efficient and friendly. Finally drove away with the new Camry, only had 3 miles on it when we test drove it.  Dominick was very efficient to get the car prepped quickly and us out of there with both iPhones' Bluetooth functions synched with the car so we can converse via the built in speaker hands free.  Would definitely recommend this dude to another customer.

  • Car was making more then one noise.  Found the timing belt was going bad. Also found other things that previous mechanic mickey moused with pvc pipe (unknown to me) had him repair that as well.  Got the car back and it ran like a new car.  Love the service at THE SHOP!

  • They are not the cheapest but they are extremely accurate in the diagnosis of the problem. They will do whatever it takes to actually fix the problem. If you go ahead and fix it and you are having an issue, you can bring it back to them and they will, at no charge, fix it. If they have to tear it open again, they will tear it open again at no extra fee. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need or any service that you don't need. I've been using them for the past 10 years and I've been extremely pleased with them.

  • They are very professional, the shop is very clean and they are reasonable. They explain everything in details for you. I would recommend anyone to use them. I have never had an issue where something is messed up and I had to carry my car back to them.

  • This is my first negative comment about a company. I have owned / leased Mercedes for the past 20 years and I consider myself a loyal customer. I was very unhappy in leasing my Merc from Keyes of Van Nuys. Just another typical car salesman situation. Besides the half truths ... It took 8 months of fighting with the dealer to get a paperwork problem on their end worked out. They did not turn in some paperwork so it showed I owed +-$5000 from my old lease. After months of unhappiness and stress it finally got straightened out ... Not by the dealer but Merc leasing due to my loyalty over the years. Also, they do not have a cooling-off period like some other dealers . Think twice before coming here. Have your numbers/ facts and know what you want. They are not there to help you! They just want to sell another car! I was so disappointed .

  • They are great trouble shooters. We had another mechanic look at the truck & he couldn't find the problem, he changed parts, but didn't fix it. We took it to Bill's, didn't take them long to find the problem & fix it, they were honest & didn't over charge us. Our truck runs like a dream. We're going to  be loyal customers

  • Qther servicing went fine, but the "erratic alerts & declining performance" continued almost out the door! I pulled back in, received a free Ford Mustang loaner, & the entire wiring harness was replaced under warranty. All problems solved! Very happy!
