  • Bought a refridgerator from them had it for about a month and then the door wouldnt shut. Now had it for about five months and the freezer just stopped working called them several times within my warranty and they have not responded nor come out to fix the probably have contacted them several times and they kept telling me that someone was on there way they finally got someone to me and we paid for him to fix the door and he did not he told us not to use the door like don't put anything in the door. That same night our refrigerator did the same thing the door still doesn't shut and we lost a lot of our food because of it.

  • Our refrigerator died Friday night, so I tried calling Arrow Appliance first thing Sat morning. To my amazement, they were open and able to dispatch a technician by afternoon. Brandon, a young, knowledgeable and friendly technician immediately found the problem... a failed compressor. He recognized the problem immediately as one brand of compressor that likes to fail early. This was bad news, but at least we knew where we stood.

    Either pay approximately $800 for repair or replace. We decided to visit Arrow Appliance an hour later and purchased a used fridge that was almost identical to our old one. It was delivered, up and running at home by 6pm Saturday! Now, we might not have gotten the best price on the used fridge, but at least solved our immediate problem very quickly. Arrow Appliance warranties their used fridges for six months. The used fridge does have a small issue with dripping water in the freezer during defrost cycles.

    This is not a show stopper and may have to get resolved in the future
    Overall, I am very satisfied with their service. The $35 service call was fully refunded with the purchase of a used fridge or repair if we had taken that step.

  • I live with my parents and wanted to rent a tv from them and they said that i needed to have a major utility bill in my name i told them that i have the cable bill in my name thats bout it so the manager said that he would work with me so I went ahead and paid for the first month thinking that they are going to deliver the tv the next day so i called the next day to make sure the they were still coming they said that they needed one of my parents to sign on with me so i told them that never mind just please refund my money they said ok it will take about 3 days. 3 days later the money still hasnt been put back on the card I call them back and talk to Kash he tells me that the refund went through there bank on 5/11. So today i call them again and talk to the store manager and he tells me that the only way that they could refund the money is if i bring the card in

  • Refrigerator delivered on 2/3/06 with inoperative control board. Immediate contact made with Appliance Repair Service. Service scheduled 2/9/06 which they cancelled on the same day as they said "we don't service Palmdale, Ca." Many calls for service resulted in a service for repairs which the provider cancelled due to illness on 2/11/06. Numerous calls resulted in successful service on 2/20/06. We experienced frozen food as the refrigerator maintained 27 degrees. A very dismal follow-up by all Pacific Sales departments, and not anywhere near the lofty customer service they communicate. Worst of all we never were contacted by Pacific at any point during or "AFTER" (we always initiated the contact) as they admitted that they clearly let us down in every aspect. A follow-up call would have given them some credibility, but I guess service to them is something to put in their ads, but not something they feel is necessary.
