AWhen I initially called about re-keying file cabinets and doors at my mother's house, Randy wanted to know if the front door and the doors to the garage were the same manufacturer. I knew that the front door was a Kwickset but I wasn't sure about the doors to the garage. He was upfront with me that he couldn't re-key the garage doors if they were Schlage locks. He also said that it would be easy to re-key the file cabinets so each could use the same key since they are brand new. I was pleased that Randy was upfront with me on my initial call. A week later, I scheduled Randy to 1) re-key the file cabinet to match the existing file cabinet key; and 2) re-key 2 garage doors to match the front door. Randy gave me a time range of 2-2:30 PM on when he would arrive at my mother's home and he promptly arrived at 2:15 PM. He honored the Angie's List coupon and gave us 2 additional free keys and a 5% discount. He also lubricated the door handles on the 2 garage doors and made sure that the left side of the front door was secured latched.

AJeff responded quickly to my call when I needed to repair my mailbox and front door locks after they had been vandalized. He was able to save my door locks and save me money, but my mailbox lock was beyond repair. He quickly replaced it with an upgraded lock. He was responsive, punctual, and personable. I would definitely recommend him.

AOn the Dec, 30. 2019, at 11:10 am, I phoned and spoke with Rebecca. I told her that I wanted a deal bolt lock installed on my patio gate. I needed to leave home before 2 pm. At 11:40 am, Eddie, locksmith, arrived. By 11:55 am, he had installed lock and had it keyed same as other house keys. I chose this company because they had over 100 positive reviews, they offered 24 hours service on some days, and accepted all forms of payments. AAA discounts are available for some services. I am glad that I chose this company, they provided prompt, professional, and personable service at a reasonable price.
