I am 7 months pregnant all the way in Los Angeles, CA and my husband and I had to do a virtual closing and send Maria and her team out to our new property that haven't been to yet to deep clean and sanitize and wow were they AMAZING!!!! Literally, from facetime and then in person the place is SPOTLESS!! Before we arrived we could feel via facetime how clean this place was, and after entering it felt like a dream!!!! I’m willing to pay $700 for the cleaning of my new Apartment, I think this is a reasonable price since it’s just a 5 bed room apartment, it shouldn’t take more than a day or 2 for you to have the Apartment cleaned. You will be provided with the date and time by my Landlord, as soon as I’m done making payments to you for the cleaning. My Landlord will be taking you to the Apartment in person immediately i contact him that i have finally paid for the cleaning service. I want the cleaning done before i get back to the States, I already made proper arrangements on how the payment will get to you and also the keys to the apartment, My Landlord will be showing you the Apartment so the locations shouldn’t be a problem, He will be there to help you in all you need. I will instruct my client to issue and mail out to you an overdraft payment of $3800 so you can deduct the $700 for cleaning of the Apartment, then you will have the remaining funds sent to the Landlord of the apartment, So My landlord can bring down the keys to you and he would be available when you are ready for the cleaning. The remaining funds you will be sending to the Landlord is the balance payment for the Apartment cause am just moving in, I’m only doing this because I’m presently out of the states for a Seminar and which am of the Facilitator, and i want things to go smooth and perfect before my return. ASolar Brothers Power ShineTotally Freak'n awesome... Those solar brother dudes totally Rock... Them brothers really put the"P" in Pressure washing... I meAn not only did they clean the 10yr old oil stains I had on my garage floor & driveway... They pressured cleaned them oil stains out that that these other so called "Pressure wash companies" (rip off pressure wash jokers is what I would name their companies🧐🥴😷🤫) couldn't get out after trying for 6hrs each & came back following day for free still worthless... Solar did all that within 2 hrs if that & did it with a smile... I mean them dudes totally showed professionalism, manurisms & was on time showing up 10 mins b4 appointment time evenism... & Not only do U get their grade A quality work with awesome attitudes... The big guy throughs in a free comedy show having u dying laughing with tears... I would definitely recommend them to everybody as #1 1st top choice champs... Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

AOur first appointment was rescheduled, but Julio and his partner arrived on time and ready for the rescheduled appointment. We gave them a quick tour of the house and they talked with us about our options for our kitchen, our old wooden fence, and our patio cover. After going to another appointment, they returned to complete the installation of four light fixtures (sconces) which took an hour. They worked quickly and asked us anytime he had questions about our preferences (e.g., Would you like the sconce facing up or down?). They also gave us a quote for labor for removing our old kitchen cabinets and floor and replacing them. They completed the task we needed completed, spent time talking with us about other projects, and shared their experiences working on other remodels. We would hire again for any handyman work, and will likely get the remodel done with them as well.
