Her pleasant, peaceful, and calming voice and attitude helps to keep you level minded and at ease with dealing with any issues that arise.     Was referred by my regular dentist for a deep scaling below the gum line and one extraction.  She reviewed my dental condition, made recommendations and performed the extraction and deep scaling on left ½ of my mouth. I am returning this month 
    to have the deep scaling on the right half.
    My dental health has improved remarkably since this scaling and I look forward to having the right side done.
     This dentist is highly trained with advanced degrees from Loma Linda University's Dental School and Harvard University Dental School. She is the top periodontist in my area and teaches advanced dental techniques at Loma Linda Dental School.

    If I need to go back, I will go back and see him. He said it wasn't necessary to do anything at the time. I thought it was good. The availability is difficult because it is only every two or three weeks that he is here. Bedside manner is very good. The effectiveness of treatment is yet to be seen because it was just two days ago. There was no charge and so I have no opinion on billing and administration. I thought he was honest and not trying to sell unnecessary services. Since he didn't do anything, I don't have too much of an opinion to give but what I saw, I liked.

    I have been a patient for several years.  It is a great practice, EXPENSIVE, however.  They no longer take my dental plan.

    I was Dr. Shepherd's patient until he no longer took my dental plan.  I moved over to

    Dr. Enright in the same office.  Now, she no longer takes my dental plan, so I am

    searching for a new dentist.

    Walked into emergency room.....seen right away.....within 3 hours husband had life saving stents put in and cleared two clogged arteries.  Professionalism, knowledgeable and quick.....so glad we have Eisenhower hospital so close!

    I was treated promptly and efficiently.  I was called in on time, my vital signs were taken, a nurse gave me the injection, then the doctor conferred with me throughly and in a very friendly manner.  When leaving, a printed sheet was handed to me with copies of all the information collected for my records. I will be repeating this process on a monthly basis for the foreseeable future.  I feel very fortunate to have such professional institution available in my community.

    A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE overall. Waited hours in the office for our first appointment. Saw dentist for approximately 10 min. to diagnose; that 2 teeth needed to be removed (no kidding, that why we scheduled the appointment). Now we needed to make a new appointment for the ORAL SURGEON, who is ONLY AVAILABLE ONE DAY A MONTH. If you are in real pain, good luck! This office also wanted PRE-PAYMENT for the surgery, which was scheduled two weeks out. We declined to pre-pay.
    Waited two weeks; arrived at offices for surgery. Due to being short staffed (office manager?s excuse). The physician?s approval for surgery was not received (my father is 93 with Alzheimer?s) nor were we called and told to reschedule. My father already had to endure two weeks of pain and trouble eating. Now, the next appointment would be in one month!
    During the following week, we received a PAST DUE invoice for the surgery. Call to have situation resolved (I thought!). We?re still
    receiving automated phone calls requesting our past due payment for services that were not rendered.
    Canceled next appointment and went to another dentist. 
    Update: July 31, 2014.
    It?s been 10 days since canceled surgery. Received second dunning notice, now with a $25 late fee! Also getting daily recorded phone calls on my cell phone ?Western Dental has an important message for me, please call? regarding payment and call to my home phone about rescheduling of next appointment for recommended services. Called Western Dental?s offices, for the third time, to stop letters and calls. Let?s hope it works

    He got too over-priced and wanted to do too many things that I did not think that I needed. Bobby is the office manager that checks me out and she can be very honorary. He is a very good dentist but when I sign out and pay my bill, he puts toothpaste in there and charges me $15. He wanted me to use it as it is supposed to be good but I did not find any difference. I was with him when he started out and he was the best dentist and everybody liked him then he built his big new office building and everything has changed. Most people I talk to won't go back to him.

    It is a fog. I cannot remember what manipulations he used on my body, but it was only for a minute.
    He did however, want to talk about other things and I did communicate with him, for quite a while.
    He is a very nice, comfortable man, but I was stymied
