AJM Carpet CleaningJimmy was very professional. Came in on time. Ready to go. I had four bedrooms livingroom dining-room hallway and the couch needed cleaning. It's been like 10 years since the last time I may have done this so there was a lot of work to be done. We walked through the apartment first he gave me some recommendations once we agreed on the price he got to work. He came in also with a scrubber machine it really did a deep cleaning process and then came back and steam cleaned it nice and clean. AI am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.

AIn addition we also had reconstruction of the interior of the ceiling and joists on first floor due to old termite damage. Sal Gomez and his team of workers were par excellence as far as professionalism, team work, meticulous work ethics, knowledgeable, willing to listen, respond quickly to questions either direct or through emails, sensitive to the owners concerns, and they worked quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day they cleaned up both exterior and interior before leaving. Money well spent. We are anticipating to hire them again in the near future for another project. The neighbors were so impressed by the whole project, the owners and workers they asked for business cards and I know at least one has been in conversation for several projects on their site. Words can not express our deep appreciation and happiness centered around our home, the quality of the work and the financial value of the projects.

AWe live in a Canada so I made arrangements for George to meet me at the home with the project manager. David and George showed up early (nice) and created a work schedule that was affective. They completed the home in a week and I was very happy with the results. We used a credit card to pay. The 3.5% fee that is added is “not” a great business practice but they did inform me prior to the work. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to rethink the surcharge for credit card usage. Otherwise I’m very happy with the work and I highly recommend Distinctive Flooring.
