  RODENTS STOP

  Very punctual and professional. The actual service is where the grading goes downhill. Some of this could be my fault for not completely understanding what he meant. When he said that he was going to pull up the carpet and drill every so many feet to apply the poison and that it might not go back down perfectly, I thought that he meant that he was going to at least try. As I walked around the house after he left I found that the carpet was not tucked back in anywhere, it was just laid back down. With a little effort I was able to go throughout the house and tuck it back in over the carpet tack strips. I had assumed that he would have at least given it an effort. The next thing were rips in the carpet where he had pulled it up. I had several throughout the house. These were about 2 feet in length. He charged $3,000 for the work which seems high.

  Eco Concepts Termite & Pest Control

  I like them, they come out very quickly and are professional. I had a contract with them for a year because I had a rodent problem. They were really good, I really liked them. I think for what they did it was good, it was reasonable and in line with other things I checked. The termite was high so i did not go with that. They did a a really good job. They were prompt, came when they were suppose to, good. I had no complaints.

  The service provided was as expected.  Erick did a great job. He is friendly, professional and informative.  Scheduling was a little tricky and changed a few time from when I purchased the original package.

  The provider was easy to communicate with; was prompt and responsive to my questions. He followed up as instructed with my tenant at the residence in Palm Desert and scheduled an appointement.  My tenant was very pleased with his service and his explanations as to how to prevent future recurrences of the pest problem. Based on my tenant's comments to me, I would highly recommend Newman Pest Control.

  They were prompt and quite thorough, and everything is automated online or by e-mail.  I would have preferred the commentary/details in the report to have been more detailed, but they did a good job nonetheless.

  He did an excellent job and returns monthly for a fee of $20.00 per month to spray the outside of my property and also the garage..  The bugs are gone!  He did an excellent job!  Yes, I will continue to have him on a monthly basis!!

  BOB'S DESERT PEST CONTROL

  They are punctual and professional. I receive a monthly call on my cell phone as a reminder when the technician will be at my home to spray.
  They are reasonably priced and do a great job keeping the roaches and spiders at bay. I would highly recommend Bob's to anyone needing pest control. In addition to the rat bait station, they have controlled gophers in the past as well.
  Bob's does not treat for termites.

  Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

  Originally, the plan was to set traps for 2 weeks, then on a call-as-needed basis. We ended up taking longer, but the rats seem to be gone. I can always call them back for a year if we hear something. Then we plan to renew when the year is up.

  When we called Rudy's the inspector came out the next day to take a look. The job was completed approximately 3 days after it was inspected. They drilled holes about a foot apart and about a foot from the house outside along the exterior walls and drilled holes in the slab in the garage. It took almost all day to complete.  They warranty their work.

  Turn of The Century Pest Control

  They came to take care of my cricket and ant problem the day after I contacted them.  The technician treated the interior and exterior of my home.  Thank goodness I called, the ants turned out to be fire ants and the ant hills had more than doubled in size from the day before.
  I have not seen an ant or heard a cricket chirp inside my home since it was treated.  I have now signed up for monthly service and have been told if something comes up between visits they would come out to treat sooner.  Because I have dogs I was concerned about chemicals being safe for them.  I was told once the surface was dry it would be fine for the dogs.  I took the dogs out while they treated inside my home and kept them inside for the exterior treatment.  Also, because of having the dogs the tech will call the day before service so I could be ready for them.
