Bobby and his team were great! They were all very professional and got the work done fast. Their prices were very good as compared to many other tree services in the area. I will definitely be calling them again for more tree maintenance.

They came one time. They charge monthly. They are reliable, and they are good. I have a service agreement. They were referred to me, we moved her a year and a half ago, and they were referred to me. I live in a community, where they do a lot of work. It is more than one person that comes out to do the work. He has workers that work for him. They do a good job of cleaning up afterwards. It takes an hour to complete the work.

Description of Work:  Install Artificial grass and Courtyard Pavers.

Comments:  Inri addressed irrigation, landscape lighting, contour of land, grading, drainage, and installation of new plants and palm trees prior to start of work.  I was especially appreciative of; is the neatness and cleanup Inri's work team did each day.   Installation of artificial grass and pavers went as planned and completed better then my expectations.  Working with HOA guidelines did not hinder his work process nor his team.

My wife and I are now the envy of my neighbors and who have asked for Inri's contact information.  :-)

Gabriel and his son Enrique did a great job of replacing and installing new sprinkler valves.  They were very professional and their quality of work was outstanding.  I will continue to use their services for any landscape maintenance in the future.

I scheduled with them 2 days in advance, and confirmed with them multiple times. I both called and sent text messages, as my texts went unanswered. I explained clearly what I wanted done and what the circumstances were.  I told him I was not on site and that I was coordinating the property owner and the tenant to meet him (I'm with a management company and I'm out of state), so it was imperative that he arrive on time. He asked me for directions multiple times - and I explained that I am not on site, suggested that he use a map or gps. He arrived late, and then declined the job saying, "it was too small." It was a huge waste of time, very unprofessional, and frustrating. We lost an entire day when we needed to have been working (it was an emergency job) because he couldn't come in the morning - scheduled 2pm - and then declined the job.

Contacted Adam on the phone and needed trimming on short notice he seemed very nice so I went ahead and scheduled the job. I was coming up from LA to Palm Desert to take care of 3 overgrown trees for my parents condo. Adam was ahead of schedule and started the job before we arrived. The crew of 3 worked well and did a very good job. Adam even fixed the sprinklers as well. He has large trucks to do the most demanding of jobs. I would use the company again. Trees look good and very happy it all worked out.

He was contracted to trim the top and sides only of ficus trees surrounding pool so that leaves did not fall into pool. he was also contracted to trim two small ficus trees in front. Contractor left  to view another job and his worker then  cut off about five feet of ficus branches on the bottom and exposed our backyard to next door neighbors. he also cut our hibiscus plants literally in half. The backyard lost all of its ambiance as the lagoon look was gone. This will take at least two years to grow back and any plans for selling are now lost at this time.

When contractor came back (after I called him) he was appalled at what his worker did to our trees, but did nothing!

Later, (when I got over my shock) about four o'clock I went back out to offer the worker a drink of water. When I opened our outdoor refrigerator I noticed a beer was taken. I went around the side of my house and saw the worker tipping the beer can to his mouth and then he tried to hide the can, but I asked him what it was and he told me it was only one. I told him it was stealing! When the contractor came back I told him and he did nothing! NOTHING!  I put the can in a plastic bag in the event I ever had to prove who touched this!)

They did remove the tree and that was a respectable job, but nothing can make up for what they did to our back yard.

I do not recommend them to anyone for any reason. the contractor did not act responsible and no action was taken to punish the worker for al of his actions that day. In closing, I might add, he was supposed to return that Saturday morning but never showed up and I have not seen him since! My back yard was ruined and I am considering legal action for damages! BEWARE!!!!!

I recently experienced an unfortunate incident in my new home and discovered a leak during the severe rains.   After the rain subsided I contacted Sunshine Home Services and Mike came out quickly to assess the situation.  He provided me a fair quote for steps to take for restoring the damage from the leak.  His patch work and touch up painting was excellent quality and was completed in a timely manner.  I also requested Sunshine Home Services to perform additional work with pressure washing my sidewalk, landscaping and exterior painting.
I immediately noticed a significant difference in my sidewalk.  I could not believe how moldy and dark it was and how happy I am that this was performed.   His landscaping work was also very carefully performed to maintain a beautiful appearance.
I would highly recommend Sunshine Home Services and great customer service.

I worked with Mike McIntyre, owner, and his son Ryan.  Both were very easy to work with and flexible as we negotiated the original contract.  I had gotten one more bid just for comparison purposes, but I felt completely at ease with Mike from the first meeting.  The other contractor sent out a sales rep rather than a principal of the company, which was a very important difference for me.  Mike took me to several sites where they had built pools with artificial rock waterfalls and I was impressed with the results.  We took two vacations during the demolition / construction phases, but everything went very smoothly.  They construction was very well planned and coordinated so that there was virtually no downtime and the project was completed in 3.5 months (exactly on schedule).  The contract was very detailed so that there were no miscommunications and whenever I had understood something differently than Mike, he was very accommodating.  We have received more positive input on the fabricated rock walls and waterfalls.  It is really difficult to tell the the boulders are not real.  The company that Mike uses is superb.  Mike was very consultive during the process.  When I wasn't completely sure of the rock coloring, the paver colors or even the tile on the BBQ Island, Mike would make recommendations which turned out perfect.  He has a very good eye for design and colors.  I believe the final product is the crowning jewel to our home and we are really enjoy using it.
McIntyre Pools & Spas, Inc also provides pool servicing, which is very helpful since they understand all of the equipment and systems better than any pool service company would.
The ONLY negative was the landscaper that MacIntyre recommended, Eugene Salgado, owner of PowerScape Inc.  In my opinion this company should not be selling or installing synthetic turf.  You can see most of the seams in the grass, it is turned in the wrong direction (yes this makes a difference), I'm not convinced that it is the turf that we chose because the grass is very sparse so that you can see through to the base.  The did not use enough infill so the grass is going to matt very badly.  The contractor was unwill and probably unable to correct the problems.  They were swapping out plants that I wanted that were not on their original list, but I could not tell the price differentials.  I believe they do a good job at landscaping and lighting, but should NOT be installing grass.  MacIntyre did not step in to help me with this even though I chose the company on their recommendation.  ALSO the grass was $10.00 a sq ft, vs $7.75 sq foot that other reputable, seasoned vendors had quoted.  I obviously did no make my decision based on cost.

This is our second time calling on Agave and it was also an excellent experience.
Claudia from the office returned my inquiry call promptly and an appointment was scheduled.  Unfortunately, the company had an emergency at the last minute and had to reschedule.  We were in the middle of a large landscaping project and Claudia really helped to accommodate our needs and schedules.  Agave made a special trip in the early evening after a long day of tree cutting and performed the work for us.  Saul and his workers did a great job and were priced fairly.  We will call on Agave again for future needs and recommend them.
