    It's nice to find people who are so kind. I was having a devil of a time getting the key to unlock the door to my rental condo. After 20 minutes I got desperate and flagged down a Timo's Air Conditioning truck that happened to be servicing an air conditioner down the street in the hopes that if I paid him $10 he would help me with my lock. Not only did he help unlock my door for me, but when I offered him $10 for his troubles he refused to accept the money. Kindness like that is hard to come by these days. While my heating/air conditioning is working fine right now, Andrew has definitely earned a new customer! Next time I need a HVAC repair man, he'll be the first person I'll call.

    Great! They were so helpful and friendly! Our home was not evenly cooling. Roy came out and found that we needed more air going to a bigger room. They fixed the problem at a fair price and we are cool again... in all rooms now. We use Priority One for all of our A/C needs.

    Brian and his team showed up on time and completed the job in 1/2 a day. We had a leak in the coil and decided to replace the whole system. We have Brian service our 2 furnaces and air conditioners annually. They do a great job with a reasonable price.

    I called on a Saturday due to a/c concerns as we were experiencing 120 reg temps. I have animals so wanted to make sure the a/c system was In Good working order . Office was understanding, wonderful and helpful. They had someone here same day and they went over entire system. There was no apparent issues and was told system in good working order. The tech said he would not charge me even though it was a Saturday. They made me a customer for life with heir exceptional level of service and concern for customers over the bottom line. .

    The owner responded quickly, gave us a bid, installed the equipment the day after we accepted it. Both units have lifetime warranties on compressor and heat exchanger. Labor for one year. Ten years on parts and coils. We have annual and emergency service.

    PACIFIC AIR
    The company responded quickly, replaced two capacitors. The technicians did not like the sound of the compressor. Pacific Air negotiated with Fidelity and received and installed a new compressor. The unit ran for a while but stopped cooling. Pacific Air responded, got the unit running by cooling the compressor with water. It worked for an hour. We called Pacific Air and Fidelity. The Pacific Air team came, worked on the unit, added Freon and said all was well. It wasn't. We called again, could not get service. We moved into a hotel because the temperature was 97 degrees in the house. Pacific Air was busy and made an appointment for the following day. We called Fidelity Home Warranty. They put out a call for service. Another company came, checked the system, said it was overcharged with Freon and told us we were good to be cooled and left. The system stopped running. We called the second company since they told us they had emergency service. They did not respond.

    Cathedral City Air Conditioning And Heating Inc
    Cathedral City was initially responsive, discovered a problem created by the first A/C company, checked the system, told us to call if anything happened. The system stopped running in the middle of the night. The company did not respond to calls for emergency service. Fidelity sent alerts to twelve companies; none responded. We continued staying in a hotel due to the heat (97 degrees) in the house.

    I would like to take a moment to commend Ricky Aroz, Blair Heating and Air, for his outstanding customer service. On March 31, 2017, I required a replacement air conditioning unit.  I had just lost my husband and was under incredible stress.  Ricky Oroz not only professionally replaced the air conditioning unit, but his excellent customer service and compassion put me at great ease.  If I could, I would give him 10 out of 5 Stars for his customer service.  Ask for Ricky Oroz at Blair Heating and Air if you ever need an air conditioning professional.
