  FITNESS BY TIGER

  Tiger is an awesome personal trainer. I have benefitted from doing personal training with her for several years. I appreciate her positive and personal approach, her energy and the way that she keeps our workouts interesting by varying the routines. Before COVID, we worked out in person in her studio, then moved outside (with social distancing) which was great until the weather got too warm. We then started doing virtual training via FaceTime and the transition has been seamless. We do many of the same exercises, and she has adapted to the space and equipment that I have at home. The virtual training sessions incorporate cardio, work with weights and stretching and each portion provides benefits to me. I recommend Tiger very highly - she will help you to be well toned, flexible and healthy. I have a sedentary job as an IT Director and the personal training sessions with Tiger get me moving and stretching and help to offset the time at my computer. I always feel better after a session with Tiger.

  Melissa Love Weigh Less With Love

  During these past 4 Covid months, I put on 25 excess pounds. I was already heavy and now obese and I was desperate and ready to lose the weight once and for all. Melissa proved to be every bit the weight loss wizard or "weight whisperer" as she's been coined. When I first enlisted her help, she gave me a health profile to fill out. I listed a few odd ailments like a swollen, sore and inflamed tongue and major fatigue which Melissa suspected was anemia. (Lab work proved she was correct) I also listed an increased, unrelenting appetite and other issues which Melissa thought was "leptin resistance", and "pre-diabetes" which indeed my lab work numbers showed. She had the Dr prescribe medication, and she put me on a meal plan, which resulted in the weight coming off fast! I've already lost 24 pounds in 6 weeks and feel so healthy and strong.   Prompt and great work. I was looking for someone to do new weatherstripping on 2 doors and adjust so they close properly. Small job and no one really wants to take the time but maintenance 1 came over the same day and took his time and patience adjusting and fixing everything just right. He even had to run out for a special part and came right back and finished up the job. Great job and thank you!
