They found the power steering pump was failing. Replaced it. Secured the panel. Performed power steering flush and replaced fluid. Took it in Tuesday morning; it was promised Wednesday. It was ready at ll am. I have used these people for over five years. They do high quality work, and send you to experts when they don't do a specific task

Very well. Despite my reservation about nationally branded car shops, I was very pleased. They explained everything clearly, offered options, and recommended the lowest cost option, which has worked out well. We're very pleased.

Truck late on pickup and in dark due to injury of other driver... Delivery was 3 days beyond date, but driver said mechanical issues with the truck caused the delay, but no calls to update progress. Car arrived in good condition. Executive was good.

The tech, Israel, told me up front he didn't know if he could repair it because it had started to spread in two different directions. I watched him go through the entire process, which he explained as he went along. The repair was flawless and cannot be detected from outside the car and even though he had said I would be able to see it inside the auto, unless I knew it was there I would not notice it. Not only did he do a spectacular job of repairing the windshield, he cleaned all of the windows and vacuumed out the interior of the car! What a great service!!!

They did an excellent job and went the extra mile even giving me a bottle of wine. I will recommend to every one I know in the desert to go to Cam Stones repair! PS they gave a 10percent discount for Angie list customers.

My parents moved from Ohio to Southern California and I arranged to have their car shipped out.  Never having done this before I was a bit nervous but EAS came highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed.  Betty of EAS made the whole process easy and effortless, their pricing was superb and the car was picked up and delivered on time!   You couldn't find a better company than EAS!   And a big shout out to the driver, Jerry, who made my 90 year old parents happy by waiting until we showed up at the delivery site before off loading their car because they so wanted to see how it all worked!   He couldn't have been nicer!!!!

First they gave me an estimate and they also communicated with my insurance company.  Michael kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. At one point they did find some additional damage, which was the headlight assembly and called to inform me.  The car looks great and drives great!  I am very pleased.  Very nice people to deal with!

    I-10 TOYOTA
I believe the service department of I-10 Toyota has repeatedly given me misinformation about the condition of my car.
I've had 3 oil changes (on my Lexus) at this dealership since I moved to the desert.  Each time, a problem costing about $300-$400 to "fix" has been diagnosed and recommended.  For each diagnosis, I obtained a second opinion.  All three recommendations turned out to be bogus.  The most recent recommendation was front brakes.  I-10 Toyota told ne they would charge $239.95 for the brakes.
Since I was driving to Los Angeles anyway, I took the car to the Lexus/Toyota mechanic I used for 10 years--up until the time I moved to the desert-- because he told me he would charge me $150 for front brakes.  he examined the brakes and said they were fine--that I didn't need new brakes.  I told him about the other recommendations made by I-10 Toyota service department.  He checked the car out and confirmed that there were no problems like the ones described by the I-10 Toyota service department.
BACKGROUND FOR RECENT INCIDENT  As I was driving out of the dealership following an oil change the previous week, I noticed the TRAC and VSC lights were illuminated on the instrument panel.  This same problem occurred when the dealership changed my oil 6 months ago.   The first time it occurred, the service rep diagnosed the problem and made an adjustment AT NO CHARGE.  I told the service agent about that, and she denied that it ever happened on the grounds that "it isn't on your record."  I asked to see a manager.  The manager behaved in a dismissive manner toward me (He said, "You're wrong!  It couldn't have happened like you describe.") and said the only way they would diagnose the problem would be if I paid for the time.  So I returned and I was charged for a half hour's shop charge--$52.50.  I was told it would take an hour.  An hour and 45 minutes later I searched for the service agent to find out where my car was.  Finding her and completing the paperwork took another 15 minutes.  Her report was that they "had a hard time re-programming the steering sensor."
While I was having the brakes checked, I asked my former mechanic to check the steering sensor because the TRAC and VSC lights had gone on.  He re-programmed the sensor in FIVE MINUTES and charged me NOTHING.
My former mechanic also gave me a price for replacing the steering sensor if that ever became necessary.  It was HALF the charge that I-10 quoted.  Since he had once worked for a Lexus dealership, he explained that service agents are paid a commission on upsells, which means they would always find something "wrong."

    European Auto Service
The B service is essentially an oil change with additional inspections. They made an appointment for us and said it would take approximately one hour. They did the service, inspected the vehicle, test drove it, and returned it on time. We were very pleased. The dealer asks over $300 for this same service.
While there we listened to how they interacted with other customers who were having cars repaired. I felt they were completely ethical and honest about how they interacted with the other customers. I will bring my auto back to them for all future work that may be necessary.
