Nick and the whole Eberia team did a great job on my bathrooms. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of remodeling at their home. My bathrooms truly came out looking beautiful.

    TH Electric
Tal suggested that we replace our old florescent kitchen lights (that were having ballast issues) with LED light panels in bright white. He suggested 2-4 panels in the kitchen. He wanted to finish the work before going on vacation. We decided on 2 panels because of the brightness of the LED, which left two panels without light. In retrospect, I should have waited to have him do the work. He rushed to finish the job and bent the frame and left a cracked panel cover. My real estate agent and another electrician said that the work looks very unprofessional. And the light is too bright; "soft white" would have been better. Tal did return to look at the problems and offered to replace the cover. But I didn't trust his work enough to fix the lighting issues.

Ido was such a professional and all around great guy. His work was impeccable, prompt and he even offered us a substantial discount which is unheard of. He was on time, knew what he was doing, followed all installs of our Ring Floodlights to code and even helped me understand how to adjust the lights through my iphone. If you are thinking of buying Ring doorbell or lights...Ido is an expert! Thx Ido.

    Nexxus Remodeling Inc
When I purchased my home four years ago, I used Nexxus for my interior remodel. My experience was stellar. It was an easy decision to use Nexxus and Tony Panterra again for my exterior renovation. The project was incredibly challenging from start to finish. We ran into multiple complications, none of which could have been foreseen. When the house was sandblasted, the scratch and brown coats began to crumble, making it an unstable surface for the final stucco layer. Quite unexpectedly, the house required an additional concrete layer. Multiple leaks were discovered, ultimately requiring that two exterior doors be removed and reinstalled, and the deck refinished and re-waterproofed. There were significant rainstorms, forcing work to be delayed and causing additional leaks and damage. Through it all, Tony and his team were knowledgeable, trustworthy, hardworking, and calm. No matter what I needed, Tony was in communication with me and in command of the outcome, as I knew he would be. None of Tony's merits were a surprise. I had used Nexxus before and knew the quality of the work I would be getting. What WAS a surprise was the shoddiness of the work done to the house by others. A year before I undertook the exterior renovation, I needed to replace a sliding door in the kitchen with french doors. I purchased the Douglas Fir doors from a very reputable dealer, who recommended an installer - "one of our best", I was told. I asked Tony for a bid on the small project; his price was substantially higher than the installer. It was a small job, so I opted for the installer at the lower price. What could go wrong? The door, installed, looked and functioned well...until the rain this winter. I came home one night to a major leak through the top of the door, causing buckling of my hardwood floors and swelling and damage to the door itself. Thank goodness Tony and his team were already there, working on my project. His carpenter, Francisco, immediately removed the door, only to find that the flashing and waterproofing paper had been installed improperly, literally wicking water into my home. The drywall was spared, but it was a small disaster. Ultimately, the cost of initial installation and the cost to repair the errors of that installation were equivalent to what I would have paid Tony to do the work properly in the first place. When I reported the issue to the door dealer, hoping to prevent other homeowners from similar damage, I was told "but he's one of our best installers". I learned an important lesson. No matter how large or how small the job is, I will only use Nexxus for work on my home. Tony's price will not be the lowest bid for a project. I have learned to accept that solid work comes at that price. In my experience, and certainly where my home is concerned, the old adage rings true - you get what you pay for. Tony's work is outstanding and the job is done reliably and correctly the first time. I'm a perfectionist and Tony and I both know it. We joke about it, sometimes we bicker a little about it, but in the end, Tony will not stop working until I am satisfied with the outcome. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use Nexxus for any project in my home, now or in the future.

    Monster Electric Inc
Cory helped us with a number of electrical odds and ends as well as major items such as installing fans, lights etc.  He came back on 2 additional occasions to complete the work and was very reasonable in his charges.
Cory is a one-man crew but he takes pride in his work and tries to ensure he does things right and as cleanly as possible.  He was a pleasure to work with and someone that we would definitely recommend.

    ADI Electrical
ADI was fantastic.  They were prompt, professional, friendly and did the work perfectly the first time.  We had two bulbs that stopped working after about one week.  ADI came back and replaced them right away. I highly recommend them.

    The Electric Connection
So far, so good!  Hugo came and gave me a clearly itemized bid for each fixture and switch.  The prices were reasonable, and the detail made it easy to figure out change orders.  We did adjust some things as we went along, but that process was smooth.  Manny did the work and was prompt and professional.  There were a couple of things that needed to be tweaked after the rough was in, and they came back right away and took care of it.  They did clean work.  Also we did a number of ceiling lights, and Manny took the time to measure the location of every one so that  they lined up and looked symmetrical.  We aren't ready for the finish electrical yet, so I will post another review when that is done, but I was very pleased.

    Doggers Incorporated
Well my process was a lengthy one I obtained four bids from Home Advisor contractors. I went with Doggers, they were not the cheapest but their knowledge level and quality of products were way a head of the pack. The details of the job follows:
-Remove tile, install plywood and double layer of #30 underlayment
-Replace dry rotted shiplap and facia.
-Gut and Update Bathroom including Jack and Jill sinks, recessed lights, walk-in shower

Doggers also went ahead and had county permits pulled so that I could install six O'Hagan vents. This all included all pipe flashing, caps and drip edge as required and to the Chimney as well.

The main reason I chose Doggers over the other guys was because of their professionalism and their ability to put a picture to my ideas.. aside from that they handled everything from safety down days due to weather to waterproofing out incidents and a roof up to code, we cant ask for much more...thanks Jason
