He also had to deal with subs and getting custom work done while places were slowing or closing during the pandemic. ARoy Mathis MovingThis is an excellent moving company! I chose this company because of the great reviews, they are family owned and they have been in business for many years. From the beginning, Ava the scheduler was very accomodating. I had to change my scheduled move twice because the new house was not yet move in ready. At one point, the day I needed was booked but Ava went above and beyond and got us movers! The movers, Charro and Mario arrived early! When they were leaving the first house, the owner stopped by to drop off a third mover. He came over to ask me how everything was going, and helped the guys a little before he left, he was great! I had been living in the same home for almost 40 years. This was my first time moving and, as you can imagine I was very disorganized. The movers, Charro has over 15 years of moving experience with the same company and knew exactly what to do, he was very helpful and had great suggestions. Mario was very nice, both were great guys! I felt very comfortable knowing they were so experienced. When they arrived at the new house, they were so patient and accommodating because I was still figuring out where to put the furniture. I am very thankful for their hard work and advice. If you are moving, this is a great company with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!- Ana P.

BI spent quite a bit of time reminding them how to do the job...which I found frustrating. They spent more time looking at their cell phones then doing the job that could've been completed in a day! They also arrived late 3x or not at all and rescheduled multiple times. And last but not least.....they did not bring a truck to hall away the waste. Which is still sitting in my backyard awaiting for removal.😒

FIt didn't. He came out to my home on a Monday for an estimate. He was here all of about 10 minutes. During the time he was here he changed his estimate twice. Gave one figure then changed to another. Then he said he would send a quote. Over a week later and no quote. I personally do not want to do business with someone who doesn't have the professionalism to at least contact and say they did not want the job. Leaving a potential client hanging is not a company I want to associate with. Professionalism, customer service and communication are certainly not practiced by this company. So, maybe someone else will have a job more suited for him.......
