Workers were a bit late in arriving, but the office called several times to let me know. (They were on a big job that kept taking longer than they had expected.) But once they arrived they were professional. Surveyed the entire house, set up, then worked very hard until they were done. I was very pleased.

Moshe was immediately responsive to my request, came that day, gave me a reasonable estimate and even worked over and above estimate qualifications. A very pleasant/successful experience. Will use him for additional work in the future.

The men that came were professional and nice.  Explained everything to me.  I pointed out some areas that had spots and asked them to really focus on.  The carpet seemed overworked.  That area looked more worn after they were done.  I appreciate the attentiveness but not the worn look to my carpet.

It went very well with the exception of them being about 2 hours late.  apparently they hit traffic which was fine, but someone
should have called.  i bought a special that was $199 to steam clean and polish 700 square feet of hard wood floors.  i have
a very small home and my bedroom is carpeted and one room has a large rug that i did not move.  So in fact it was probably
only 700 (or less) sq. feet that they had to do.  i think the plan of most of these specials is that the jobs are larger than the
offer (sq. feet wise) and they will make more money.  but mine was right on target.
they were really fast.  i was very happy with the result.  my floors look and feel clean and they are very shiny due to the polishing.
i felt they did a very good job.  i would use them again.  they also clean carpets.  i asked how much it would cost for them
to clean my bedroom carpet.  the room is about 11 by 13.  he said $250 which i thought was waaaaay too much so i declined.
but they did a very good job on my floors.

The job was done thoroughly.  Jose specifically addressed the areas where there were some stains and was able to remove most.  However, one or two areas have an overworked look, the reason for a "B" quality.  I used an Angie's Big Deal for $97 and paid an extra $45 for an enzyme spray to remove stains.

Turned up on time, very polite and hard working - gave me multiple options for stubborn stains and whether I wanted scotchguarding - no hard sell. He went at it like a Spartan race, and got major stains out - some color transfer didn't get removed but I certainly don't think there was much he could do about it - at least he gave it a go. Nothing but A+.

Not so well, and certainly not like the last time.  We had the same work done in 2013.  That work went well, so I thought I would return to the same provider.  Last time, the cleaners showed up as a group of two-guys with a van specially equipped with a particularly strong vacuum and water system to clean the carpets.  A two-layer hose-within-a-hose system connected the cleaning wand to the truck, which protected against water damage to the wood floors elsewhere in the house, and reduced the chance of damage to the walls as they worked through the house.  This time, one-guy showed up in a pickup, with a portable cleaning unit that had to be dragged through the house and up and down the stairs. The suction of the unit was not as strong as the other system, leaving the cleaned carpet unusually wet.  It will take much longer for the carpet to dry out.  Fortunately, there was only one mark on the paint left by the movement of the portable unit, which my wife was able to fix with cleaning materials.
Because there was only one man on the "cleaning team", I felt compelled to help move some of the larger objects out of the rooms to facilitate the cleaning.  Before the actual cleaning began, and despite having previously negotiated the price when I placed the order, the cleaner began negotiating for an additional amount of money for the work .  Although these negotiations were courteous, I was annoyed at having to renegotiate at that point in the process.  Fortunately,  I had retained the prior year's work order, and showed that the scope of work had not changed.  After a call to the office, the work was authorized, and cleaning began at the previously determined price.  Although the work was completed on time, it will be difficult to determine how well the job was done until the carpet dries out sometime later this week --- or next!  The portable unit simply doesn't appear to have the suction power of the truck-based system.
When next we need carpet cleaning, I'm unlikely to use Quality Carpet Cleaning, but if it do, I will certainly make sure our agreement clearly states in the work order that a truck-based, 2-man cleaning team is to be used (not a one-man team with a portable cleaning unit).

The service was good. I didn't really like that they went around looking for more they could clean. I had the special and that's what I could afford. Three men came out. Because they were pushy, I would not give them an "A" rating.

It was great. They came out right away and we didn't have to pay any additional fees. They did the job rather quickly. The steam cleaned couch took about a day to dry. They were professional and I was very happy with the service. I would recommend them to a friend or family.

They did a great job cleaned the carpet to for different rooms at a good price. The carpet was beginning to look a bit dirty and although we want to take out the carpet we decided to clean it and wait a bit longer before we do. The carpet now looks great nearly looks new. Thanks for the job well done.
