ARamos paintingI talked to Ramon on a Friday and he had a crew ready to go the following Monday to paint the interior of a 2000sqft home. ATrig Builders Inc.Ezra and his professional team recently worked on renovations on our house in Ventura county. The house was not remodeled for over 20 years now and it really needed a major update before we moved in. His team did a complete remodeling of the 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, common areas and reconfigured the 2nd floor space, including the installation of the air conditioning. Ezra provided a very fair estimate and time frame to finish the work and the team not only completed everything within the scheduled time frame but were extremely courteous and accommodating often going above and beyond the ask to create beautiful spaces.- Francisco M.

ATrig Builders Inc.Ezra, Odelia and the workers worked with us at our new purchase house for few months to really understand and find what we really want and need regarding the look of the kitchen space, floor, backsplash, paint, countertops and modifications. The plans and execution of the work turned out that the new kitchen was much better than we could have think of! They showed up on time and painted all walls and returned later as explained after the cabinet doors were painted. I furnished the hardware but they installed the new hardware for me. He was professional, prompt, and responsive via text. He got the estimate to us the following day as promised, and it was competitively priced, actually on the lower end of the estimates. His crew was punctual and professional. They did a great job, and we're very pleased. Our house will be a rental again after we move, and we'll definitely hire him again. Sergio is highly detail-oriented and makes you feel that you are part of the project by explaining in detail and with a number of photos the repairs required. His work is high quality and my house stands out now, with a beautiful paining job, a new patio and a drainage system. My experience in general with contractors has been stressful. Sergio made me feel at ease because of his dedication and conscientiousness. Three months have gone by and I am still very pleased with my experience and the quality of Sergio’s Repairs. ACalPreserving was the total deal! I didn't know what all we needed and all the serves Iooked at seemed to offer only a piece of the puzzle, such as just power washing, or construction, or staining. This group did it all. The initial visit to assess the issues was informative and helpful. We could see our choices. They offered sound advice and looked at ways to save us money where it was possible. We ended up replacing about half the boards on the oldest deck. The finished product on both decks looks amazing -- like new. The workmen were thoughtful, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. I was impressed that they even followed up with tips on maintaining the decks for years to come. I will definitely have them back every couple of years just to check on the decks and preserve the investments we have made in them. My highest recommendation.
