    He took my 6-year old laptop from a condition where it didn't even realize it had wifi capabilities, had massive adware issues, and all sorts of software problems (some hardware problems, as well), and while keeping all my personal data and files, took my laptop to a
    better-than-new condition.  He even recommended great additional software to stop further issues, as well as helpful additions for my
    laptop based on my work and recreational usage habits.

    My laptop would not recognize any wireless networks, would not recognize the battery charge correctly, and had a massive amount of well-hidden adware.

    In about 3 days (while he had other projects, no less), he was able to keep all my data, program installations (we talked beforehand on what I wanted to keep and what I didn't need), and personal settings, but still correct everything that I'd been having trouble with.  He also replaced my system by doing the reinstall, which means it's running faster, more efficiently, and most importantly, correctly!

    He was extremely professional, and ensured I understood the entire process starting from the very beginning.  He even went so far as to explain why he recommended certain programs, as well as why he preferred to avoid some others.

    He is extremely helpful, and did everything he could to ensure we both were working together to complete the service as best as possible for my needs.

    When the service is working, it is great. They promised me a free gift card for signing up, so the service was expensive and I never got the gift cards. When I had a problem with my internet, I rescheduled a couple of times to get them to come out and fix it. It was generally hard to get in touch and talk to a person to describe the problem.

    Service representative on the phone was pleasant. When I brought my computer down to the store, the manager was attentive. I felt he took time to adequately evaluate my computer. Even though it took some time to check out the computer, he didn't charge for his time. My feeling was that this business and its employees were honest and sincere. No hard sell, thank goodness! I will only take my computer to them from now on.

    The technician was great! Unfortunately the ordering process, website,and product have not been as good. The interent is very slow. I originally ordered the fastest speed they offered but the technician realized during the installation that due to the distance to the "switch" I would not be able to get that higher speed. The package was downgraded so I would not be paying for something that is just not available. Kudos to the technician for being honest.
    The TV service is ok. I originally ordered the U450 and additional arabic package. I did not realize that for the additional $13/month, the arabic package was only one channel. I have since canceled that.
    The website is a nightmare. It is very difficult to review what services you currently have and how much you are paying for it. I have had this service just over a week and will call regarding the download speed. If does not improve, I will probably switch.

    Nothing stands out about them. It is one of those things that you have to have and I am not enamored by them. Their pricing is too high. The quality and service is mediocre. I would use them again if I had to.

    They provided excellent service.   Very professional and personable.  It was an unexpected surprise for a small business.  He fixed my Ipad after Apple told me it couldn't be fixed and I would need to buy a new one.

    I was not given the service I would expect from a company that provides such high quality products.  They said they were not able to do any type of repairs on Ipads and they were less than personable.  I took at my Ipad somewhere else to be repaired.

    I performed Telecommunications Services for Alex Demushkane in August 2008. An invoice was emailed. After a lengthy period of time of not being paid, a follow-up email was sent. Reponses by Demushkane indicated the 'check was in the mail'. After more than a year of follow-up emails indicating an overdue balance, and emails from Demushkane indicating I will soon receive payment, I have determined a different approach is necessary. Payment for services rendered was never received clearly indicating that Demushkane is a person who lacks integrity and business should not be conducted with Locabon, Locavox, Walkabout Maps & Guides, or any other business Demushkane is affiliated with.
