AEcoTech Pest Management IncTechnician Came out, couldn't find any sign of activity in the attic and finally went up on the roof to discover the shingles a squirrel has been chewing on. Evidently it has been loosening them to store acorns and other foodstuffs under it. As he didn't set any traps, and we can just live trap them, he didn't charge anything. DTerminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest Control
We used this company monthly for more than 20 years with great results and local contact. Terminix recently uncoupled the customer from the local branch and now take calls, adjust schedules, assign service people etc. remotely. It doesn't work. People I now talk to there (after recorded messages and waits) don't even know where my address is.
I require service at the same day/time every month. That used to be no problem for them. The new system is not reliable. They have changed schedules and technicians at their whim, sometimes without notifying me. People I talk to about this are not responsive. I forced them to give me the phone umber of my branch, hoping I could get this under control, On dialing that number, it just rotates back to the remote location. That might be in the Memphis home office for all I know.
Sadly, after all these years, they forced me to give up on them.

BClark Pest ControlOK overall, except he told us he'd check back in one week but we never heard from him again -- we had to call the office to see if he was coming back out soon. The office had him come back a few days later.

FNorth American Home ServicesThe guy seemed like he didn't want to be here. He rushed through and granted there are items I couldn't move in the home, he still went quickly. A few weeks later, ants had returned--when I contacted the company about this they said there was no guarantee because I bought this as a Big Deal and didn't contact them directly. They also said if I bought this coupon from Angie's List then there is absolutely no guarantee on their work and they could come back out for an additional $69. I've used them in the past but if they don't fix this then I will not be using them further.- Sanjay S.

AClark Pest ControlThe project went smoothly (but a lot a of work on my part inside the house). It is amazing how much old food and other products we were able to throw out as they were out-of-date. It gave us a great reason to defrost and clean the outside freezer and inside refrigerator/freezer.
The company completed the projected on an agreed schedule. I would recommend this company for tenting a house for termites.

FTerminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest ControlI had a horrible experience. I spent a lot of money for a whole work to be redone. I used them because for years, I've had the annual and to come and have an inspection every year. I'm selling my house and I found out that I used them again. They had an inspection but they didn't cancel the damage and I paid them to fix it. I have had a different inspector and he found out that they didn't do the work. They referred me to their local manager but what they did is just terrible. They give a 100% satisfaction warranty and the price was good and that's a good thing about them but they do an incomplete work and they're not responsive to customer complaints. They also showed up on time and when they did the work, they came here to do it.- Stephen L.

AApex Pest Control, Inc.Ulices (I was happy to see it was the same technician from our old house as he is wonderful!) showed up on time for our appointment and thoroughly went over his recommendations for service since we are dealing with some pests we didn't have at our old house. I was concerned about the safety of my dogs and cats and he took the time to explain everything to me. He did a thorough spraying of the new home and adjacent barn.

ANorth American Home ServicesI purchased the Angie's List big deal. A couple days later, I got a call from the provider and they scheduled me the appointment. The gentleman arrived on time, called while in route. He asked what needed to happen and he performed those activities.
It was a very smooth and pleasant transaction.
I was a little confused when I received an invoice in the mail showing payment due. I called the office and left a message about it. Monday morning, I recieved an email from the office explaning there is a regulation where the services and chemicals used must be provided in writing and they were awaiting payment from Angie's List. I confirmed that no additional action needed to be taken by me, they responded quickly letting me know that I did not need to take more action.

ATerminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest ControlFrom the beginning, all persons involved including the inspector and the contractor, which he provided, were very communicative and prompt in returning calls and even originating calls whenever they had any question. Everyone from the inspector the the contractor and even his employees work punctual and helpful. I was in the property management business years ago and I know from experience this was as smooth as it possibly could have gone.

AARDEN TERMITE & PEST CONTROLI noticed subterranean termites in my garage. Arden came out the same day and confirmed that is what I had, explained how they eradicate them, the product they would use and the cost. I had two additional estimates done. All companies used the same product and method. This one was by far the least expensive and gave the longest guarantee. They also included two annual inspections in their price. I selected them, they showed up on time, did the job and left. So far no termites. One note, one of the workers drilled a little close to a water line. The foreman noticed it and let the worker know to keep further away from the lines in the future. No harm done here, but good idea to make a check around the house before any company leaves. These people did good work and I'm a happy camper.- eilene w.
