    They are very good and try to get me in and out as quickly as possible.  They have stayed late when needed. I won't trust my cars to anyone else.  I take my cadillac into them instead of the cadillac dealership because.

    Do It All Mobile Mechanic
    Well, first he started with my boat. After about an hour and a half he had it fixed back together and running great. The last mechanic left it torn apart because he got frustrated and could not fix it. Then he installed new parts on my motorcycle again about an hour and he was done and it looked and worked fantastic.Last he diagnosed and fixed my high performance mustang that has been cursed with electrical gremlins for the last 6 months. He was the third mechanic to look at it and within about 20 minutes he found the issue and corrected it with parts he had in his truck. Al in all it was by far the best experience I have had with a mechanic...and a mobile mechanic at that. I would highly recommend this service for all mechanical issues.
    Note: One thing that really impressed me was he did not spend time on the phone or standing around, he was working the entire time he was at my site.

    They have been superb for me. I have been going there since I moved back up here 16 years ago. They have always been absolutely super. My service manager goes above and beyond. the personnel and that's not just my personal service manager, because when he has been off or on vacation, others have helped and been super. They have a couple of gals in there that are good. The maintenance people are excellent. The whole facility is just good, I have been nothing but happy there. In fact I have to get another car because mine has 200,000 miles on it and I asked my service manager if I get another brand that is not a GM can I bring it in here and he said, well yeah as long as it is not warranty work. Because I would be getting a used car, he said if it is warranty work we cant handle it here, everything else we can.

    I've used Kniesel's for at least 10 years.  Family business very well run and the folks that work there have been there for years.  They've worked on all my cars over the years (toyota truck, jeep wrangler, ford explorer, toyota scion).  What I really appreciate is that the advisors don't talk down to you like you're an idiot for not knowing what they know about cars.  They do a great job of explaining the situation in a way that's very clear.  I've only had one issue with the work I had done there.  They did the brakes on my explorer and shortly after I was getting a weird noise.  I took it back and they took care of it with no further charge and no hassle.

    I just had a new battery installed and battery cable ends replaced on my 94 Nissan pickup at a different repair shop the day before. When I got home I noticed that my head lights would not turn on, all other lights worked, fuses all good. That repair shop was closed and not open on Saturdays. I called ALL TECH Saturday AM they said to bring it in, so I took it in, turned the keys over to them, walked across the street to get a coffee, as looked back my truck was already taken into the shop. As I came out of the store with my coffee I seen my truck was out in the parking lot, I was not gone more then 15 minutes. My truck was all ready to go. Steve found a crusty loose wire connection, cleaned it up and secured it, lights were operational. They only charged me a fraction of the estimate to trouble shoot the issue and fix it.Steve was the one who fixed my issue, I had a starting issue a few years back, after replacing the battery 3 times and having an alternator replaced I took my truck to Steve at All TECH he diagnosed the problem as a bad relay, replaced it, the starting issue was resolved, wished I had gone to Steve first, I would have saved money on replacing parts that I did not need.     Had the vehicle towed in at 9:30am.  They provided estimate and said it should be done the same day.  They called at 4pm on that day to say glue to hold the pan in place had to set up for 10 to 12 hours so the vehicle wouldn't be done until the following am.  The next day at 11:30am I called to find out status - Kevin said they had to order a part to attach the oil filter and it was in transit and he'd find out where the driver was and call back.  I called back at 1:30pm and he said he had tried to call me and that the driver was in progress and it should only take 5 minutes to attach the oil filter once it arrived.  My husband received a call at 3:30pm saying the vehicle was ready.  When I went with my daughter to pick up the vehicle I was then told the charges were $533 and that they hadn't been able to find the correct blades.  I told them I'd been quoted $470 with assurance from Kevin that he would call if the charges were greater.  I had talked to them 3 times and never was quoted anything more.  He then proceeded to adjust the charges.  I told him the $470 included the washer blades that they were unable to locate was included and should be deducted.  He said he didn't know what the cost of the blades would be (although it is included in the estimate).  He told us the charges would be $489 because he had to include $19 in tax.  My daughter paid him.  I got home and reviewed the estimate to see that the washer blade replacement was included in the origial estimate and also the tax. The estimate states :  The estimate total, including tax is $470.  I feel they overcharged for the tax and for whatever the wiper blade estimated cost would be.  This was the worst service I have had in years and feel they used illegal business practice to overcharge us.

    They are great not only with our Toyota but our youngest daughter likes them too. She has a Nissan and she takes it in there for its oil change and everything. They are accommodating when we call to make an appointment. They usually get us in within a couple of days. They are very good about telling us exactly what's going on with it. So often when we took it for an oil change they've told us the tires are really bad. It wasn't there to have the tire checked or rotated or anything but they did that. We did end up and replace all four tires.

    They are all just really nice. I have my service contract with them so it goes in every three months for its oil change and tire rotation. They have been nice to fix little things that I didn't even know were broken. There was a little piece under the driver's door that kept popping off and when I went there to take my car, they had put it back on. It was 2009 when I bought a car there and they were great. They were not pushy and I went in knowing exactly what I wanted so I knew exactly what I was going to pay for it.

    His work was exceptional, and the price was about a third of what the Jeep dealer wanted to do it. We made an appointment on Tuesday evening 8/29 for 10AM on 8/30, and he ordered the part involved so work could begin as planned. We dropped the vehicle off around 945AM, and it was done ready for pickup about 1PM. We were very impressed with this service and will be back, if any more auto problems arise.

    Nice atmosphere with some coffee and local papers/magazines available in waiting area. Front desk guy was the owner in overalls responding to calls/customers. Seemed like a low-key and down to earth guy. Other customers that came in seemed to be repeat customers. I turned my car in and sat back reading some magazines until my car was good to go. I would go back again for other car issues.
