"From demo to cleanup, the workers were on time, clean and professional. Whenever we had questions or concerns,

(our contractor) was always available by phone and he came personally to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The price was reasonable, in fact any and all extras were included in the quoted price (like the pricey glass backsplash that I selected). The project was completed four days before the scheduled finish date (6 weeks). Clean and beautiful. The tile installer and carpenters were especially impressive, very excellent craftsmanship indeed. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them for my next home improvement project. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality results."

"The whole process took a little over 3 weeks (with Thanksgiving right in the middle). The crew ensured my carpeted hallway to the bathroom was protected and always cleaned up everyday as they finished. Every step of the process was flawless and went very well. I believe the main reason for the excellent craftsmanship was due to

's caring and devotion to do the best job possible."

"We had been using various contractors at our home for more than 10 years, and this experience has been by far the most positive. We found their professionalism, and responsiveness to our daily concerns during the project to be well above board. They were excellent in suggesting design or other elements as we worked with them on our plan. If you have some preset or previously considered ideas, they will help you consider their value pro and con and suggest very good additional ideas as well. All our concerns were addressed as we brought them up. The gentlemen who worked in our home were always very respectful and very good about addressing our concerns. The job was finished in almost exactly the amount of time that was projected. They were very gracious with us throughout the project and even were gracious with us as we postponed the initial job after signing the contract because we were not ready. I would recommend them to any of my friends and I think they would be worth anyone's time to at least have them give you an estimate. They are proud business owners and take great pride in every facet of their work and the job at hand. I do want to add one more thing. The finished quality of the work was definitely the best I have ever seen. From the finished grout lines to the amazing paint work, all of the job was really "A" quality."

"They were great to work with. I got a premium granite for less than half the price for a prefabricated normal grade granite. The salesman was very nice. They have their own fabrication shop so that helps the price also. The installation was very smooth. They were on time and have done a great job."

"The company responded to my inquiry immediately and had someone out to do measurements within days. A written estimate was available the next day and work proceeded quickly once the contract was signed. Workers came once to demolish the old countertop and then again to install. On both occasions they were prompt, pleasant and hard-working. We received good advice with respect to design choices and the end result is beautiful. Everything moved smoothly and efficiently."

"The did an excellent job overall. This included the pre-measurement of the counter top, and discussions of the options for seam placement. The kitchen counter top is horseshoe shaped, and minimal seams was important. The workers were very knowledgeable."

"I was very pleased with the service that I received from this company. They were knowledgeable, and professional. I was very happy with how the job turned out."
A
"They were friendly and helpful over the phone. They were able to quote a price since I was able to give them the measurements for both counter tops.
They sent the owner's son to measure on a Tuesday and everything went well. He told me they should be able to install within a few days, maybe Friday or Monday. I called them on Friday since I hadn't heard from them, and I was told it would be a few more days since they were a little backed up.
The next Wednesday they came out and installed the counter tops. They weren't the cheapest people we contacted, but they were friendly and professional. I would choose to use them again because the installation was smooth and the quality of their work is very good.

"In August 2012, one of two tenants decided to move out (he purchased a house). He had been living in one of the units for 10+ years with no issues. He had a large dog. The tenant was a little less than perfect when it comes to keeping the unit clean. When he moved out, I decided it was the perfect time to "refresh" both units. Even though one of the units was still occupied, I notified the tenant and let him know of the "remodeling" that was about to occur. The tenant made a few suggestions of his own that he would like to see (remove sliding door and replace with a wall, fix side yard gates, showed us a few windows that weren't working well and/or were missing screens, etc).
I got quotes from various companies. I also contemplated being my own "general contractor".
One of the quotes that I received was from Edan & Aviran (

). They had replaced the roof on this duplex 2 years earlier. Their quote was fair and in most cases lower than others. What really sold me on them was the detailed quote as well as their understanding of what I had in mind. They were able to add things and adjust things in order to make the remodeling
project make sense.
When I reviewed what the project would cost if I had to manage it myself, I realized that it would simply be more cost effective to hire them to

. Also, less headaches for me.
They started the project on time and ended on time. They explained to me every step of the way what was going to happen and why. They worked well with my property manager as well as my tenant. We had to move the tenant out for 3 days during part of the project. The coordination with the tenant worked perfectly.
Not every project is perfect and neither was this. The main difference here was that Edan and Aviran really jumped on an issues that occurred. At one point, the city inspector asked for additional work to be completed. Also, after removing the A/C unit from the 2nd floor patio area, we discovered that a much larger portion of the patio flooring should be replaced. The cost adjustments were within our contingency plan and the project was still completed on time.
Since that project completed, Edan & Aviran (

) have been my go to general contractor on all of my rental units as well as my home, no matter how big or small the project is (fixing a single window leak to replacing all windows in our rental unit).
I can't say enough good things about their prices, honesty, professionalism and quality of work. The value they add to a project is incredible.
