They are great not only they demo the wall fast to get to problem but the were really clean and professional and even good with kids . They gave a really reasonable price for the amount of work they had to do .

The team removing the mastic was very efficient and professional.   The area was surrounded with plastic, but they were very conscientious about doing only minimal staple and tape damage--they even were able to preserve our base boards!   DJ and Erin at the office were lifesavers in getting us our certificate of completion (and patient with my panicky calls and e-mails) which the tile installers were requiring us to have to prevent yet another rescheduling--so we were able to have our kitchen back for Christmas.   Although I really hope not to have any other asbestos issues in the future, I would not go with anyone else--great job!

Provider was called by our insurance company. They came in quickly and setup dehumidifier and fans. They came back after 48 hours and tested the surface/walls for moisture and it was good to go for repair work.

Two things to note: 1) I did not hire this company directly, they were used as a subcontractor by the acoustic ceilings company I used, Final Touch Ceilngs.  I had no problems with Final Touch Ceilings.  2) I got the name of this company from the Waste Management company  that dealt with the removed asbestos - they provided me with paperwork on the company listed as the transporter - it was not on my actual billing from Final Touch.
The above being said, I would not recommend this company.  My husband dealt with them and let them in to the condo we were fixing up, so I did not meet them, but he noted that they were not at all friendly.  Granted, it should be noted that this was during some of the hottest days of the summer that they were working.  We offered to let them use the AC, but due to the nature of their work, they said it was not possible.  Unfortunately the job was rather badly done.  When I returned to lock up, I opened the door to peek in, and a large chunk of plaster or something of the sort fell from above the doorway and I quickly shut the door to avoid breathing in the dust from it.  After the job was over, we found respirator masks, huge empty jugs of water bottles, and even a pair of used sneakers throughout the house which was a bit unprofessional.  They also used a tacky substance on the upper part of the walls which stained the paint - paint that we had recently applied.  I tried scrubbing, goo be gone, and other cleaning products, but could not remove the stains and stickiness so we had to re-paint the upper half of the walls in the rooms they worked in.  I know it wasn't the texture company because the one room that did not need asbestos removed but was re-textured did not have the stain.  There was also a 2 inch area of the wall where the paint was chipped off by being scraped by a ladder or some sort.  Overall, they got the job done, but weren't careful or friendly about it.

See above.  Our only complaint was he missed  our appointment appointment on the first try and I had to take another morning off so the second appointment could be scheduled.

    Very well.
They arrived on time on scheduled date and abated the asbestos.  The attic access hole was isolated from the rest of the  house with plastic and all HVAC vents were sealed.  The asbestos was sealed into disposal bags and removed from the house.  I did not pay all that much attention as the work progressed, but have no doubt that they used a special air vacuum to abate the airborne asbestos particles as they were supposed to do and perform the test to determine the air was safe.
After the asbestos was abated, they installed the new HVAC ducting.  They left the work area very neat and clean.
After they left I turned on the HVAC fan and checked each HVAC vent for air flow.  They all worked good but with considerable difference in air flow.  I believe this to be a resul the the original HVAC duct layout design;  The installation crew replaced the ducting with the same size duct as they removed.  I have not physically gone into the attic to inspect the work.

They arrived promptly and answered every time I called.  The prices were competitive and I really liked how I could get my lab results back the next day if I paid $10.00 more for each sample.  Fortunately, no mold was detected in the home and their professional results gave us a great peace of mind.  I will be going through with the home purchase.

I contacted Frank after my would-be flooring installers determined I
might have asbestos issues underneath my carpet. He was very
professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He had promised to be at my
house at 7:30 AM on Friday. He called the night before to inform me he
wouldn't be able to make it until 1 that afternoon. I was concerned he
wouldn't have time to get the samples to the lab to get the results in
time for me to schedule my installation for Saturday. He arrived a
little early and was quick and efficient. I had my results in plenty of
time. Unfortunately, the results were  positive for asbestos, so I had
to cancel my flooring plans. Frank was the bright spot in this ordeal
and I would definitely use  his services again and highly recommend him.

They arrived on time (actually early) with a great crew.  Everyone was courteous and hardworking.  I really enjoyed talking to everyone -- great attitude about work.  The work was completed in 2 days.  They cleaned up nicely and gave me a lot of information about the new system.  They scheduled an inspection for me through the city so I don't have to do anything. The owner, Gordon, came to do the final inspection and trained me on how to use it.  I was impressed with all the little details (lo-count, testing, etc) they have to do.  Gordon also gave me an upgraded thermostat a few days later!  So why the "B" grade for punctuality?  The son, Harrison, missed a few scheduled appointments to deliver papers, test & submit our rebate papers.   We just got our rebate from Edison, so everything is good.  I will recommend them to all my family & friends.

They were super. Unlike other asbestos testing labs we contacted, JSE Labs includes testing and a formal report on 4 layers per sample (e.g., in a sample of laminate flooring we sent, 3 layers comprised the linoleum, paper backing, and glue). Other vendors we contacted charge per individual layer, which would've added up quickly. We paid only $40 per sample and had a 5-day turnaround. JSE Lab charged more than other vendors for on-site sample removal services, and therefore suggested that we cut out the samples and mail them in (which we did without any problems).
