    We were totally satisfied with the service performed by Bob at Best Care. He came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed for repair, and kept us informed regarding status of the order. It turned out that a second part was required and, again, everything was handled quickly and professionally. We would not hesitate use Best Care again.

    Horrible customer service. No surprise Sears is closing so many stores. 2 service calls in one week for same problem. First time $99 to be told nothing was wrong, just ���needed a clog removed from water hose���. Died 12 hours later. Second call, wanted me to wait a week for another appointment. Eventually came out two days later. New technician did full evaluation and determined needed $689 of work ...more than it would cost to buy new. Ordered new from Sears. They screwed up delivery x 3. Third time, after taking off two days to wait for a delivery that never came, I drove my truck to Lowe���s and bought it there and installed it myself. Never again, Sears.

    Hari diagnosed the problem and recommended that we call the manufacturer to get them to send us the parts for free even though the unit was not under warranty. His suggestion worked, and as a result we only had to pay him for labor, which was done promptly and efficiently.

    I paid for service and waited for parts. The first scheduled appointment was cancelled and then before the second appointment they called and said they could not perform the service. After taking my money. I have not received refund yet.

    Technician didn't show up at appointment time so I called to confirm if he was going to still make it or not. I was told he was on his way and he never showed up. I took off work early to meet this clown.

    I called to schedule a repair for my refrigerator a full two days in advance. I gave the person on the phone the make/model of the unit along with the error code displaying on the panel and a brief description of what the error was based on the manufacturer website I was told the technician would be at the house between 10:00am and 2:00pm. At 2:00 we got a call saying that he would not be coming out and that what we should do is empty the unit and allow it to thaw for 24 hours and to then call them back and schedule an appointment if the issue persists. Not thrilled with the advice, obviously, when someone needs to make time to be at home for any repair call. They had ample time to convey that message to us before the day of the appointment, especially at the very end of the window they were supposed to arrive. I chose this business because it was at the top of my Angie's List search with an "Angie's List Certified Service Provider" logo as well as a "Super Service Award 2016". I don't know if I would say that I felt misled but it was a very big letdown on the part of the service provider as well as the Angie' List vetting process. I gave the company more than enough information when scheduling the service for them to give me adequate instructions well in advance of the end of the scheduled service window to let us know that he wasn't going to show. Bad customer experience. Bad communication. Bad execution.

    All done professionally and timely. Even carry common repair parts with them. Show up on time. On the last visit the tech even tightened up a loose outlet above the counter. Totally unrelated but much appreciated.

    I had a service call scheduled for between 11:00am and 3:00pm. I had not heard anything so shortly after 3:00 I called to see if they were coming. I was told that the technician would call shortly. I did not get a call that day or the next. I finally got a call at 9:30 another day later. By then I had already scheduled another supplier. I would say that this is not being responsive or professional.

    I phoned 2 days ago for an appt time . They said someone would be out today between 11 & 3 After waiting all day, I phoned them at 2;20 to be sure someone was going to show up... they said they would check into it . At 4pm I phoned again , they apologized and said they would get in touch with the technician to see what was wrong . It is approaching 5pm and still no word from them !!!! I will never phone this company again for help of any kind .

    I called Rick and he picked up immediately even though it appeared he was out on a job. He was very polite and professional one the phone. I told him washer was making grinding noise. He was very upfront and said it could be the central bearing and it might not be worth replacing on a 14-year-old washer. But he said he'd come take a look at it just in case it something else. He explained to me how the service call works and I was more than happy to pay the service call fee to get a definitive answer on my washer. We schedule an appointment for Friday morning. Later in the day he called me back to ask if he could push back the appointment a couple hours for a doctors appointment. That was fine with me and I appreciated the call back to let me know. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem immediately as the pump and said that was worth getting fixed. He showed me the problem with the part, explained how much it would cost, and that he just had to run to the plumbing store to get the part. He had the washer up and running again in about an hour. I have used washer the past two weeks with no issues and no grinding noise. I would use Rick again in a heartbeat for any appliance issues.
