We had a tankless heater that had been malfunctioning for years and our old plumber could never tell us why. They sent their specialist on tankless heater, Billie. He checked things out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and then explain why the shower valves were contributing to the problem. I was hesitant about the repairs because we have an older shower enclosure which we were not prepared to replace and I was concerned that replacing the two old valves with a new central valve was going to leave holes or look ugly. We decided to go ahead because Billie reassured us that no such things would happen and he was right. They made an appointment for the following week to do the work. They showed up exactly as promised and did the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up when they finished. It has been so wonderful to get into the shower, which looks great by the way, and be able to linger under the HOT water as long as we like. We could not be happier with the job they did and we will definitely continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

After meeting 4 other contractors we decided to go with Vision Remodeling as their quote was in the middle of the group. Asher, the owner, who came and gave the estimate was very polite and friendly. The start of the project started with within a week of signing the contract and everything went very quickly and smooth. We had a mold issue of the bathroom and Asher was able to have the remediation completed within a week. Asher went with us to select all tile material after demo was completed. The entire project from demo to signoff from the inspector took 5 weeks. A week faster then estimated during the quote. We will definitely be willing to work with this company on the next project we have.

He arrived about the time he said he would. He took a look at the problem and thought he might be able to repair it rather than replace it. Went back to his office to search for the needed part but was not able to locate it. Only option was to replace it. Took about 2 1/2 hours or so to complete. Did a good job and checked carefully that it was in good working order before leaving. He completely cleaned up everything. Plumbing cost do seem high, the cost was higher than I expected by a couple hundred. End the end, I wasn't going to do it myself so was willing to pay. I would hire them again based on the results of the work.

We contacted California Customs Landscape for an estimate of work we wanted done. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Henry came out and we told him basically what we wanted to do. Our project was not an easy one at all. Our retaining wall required quite a bit more digging for the foundation than most as our property sits below a main street. We also have a water line for a Fire Hydrant that runs right where we wanted to build our wall and extend our driveway. Henry and his team worked with the city and came up with a solution that worked for all. Henry was very professional, honest and up front with us from the first day we met. The crew was ran by Mike and they were all very professional. Mike also kept us updated daily on the progress and what to expect. His crew showed up daily at 7 am and worked a full 8 hours each day. They cleaned up the work area each day, swept the sidewalk and put away equipment and tools daily. Our work is now complete. We have a new driveway, extended for additional parking, new shrubs planted with drip system, new concrete walkway around side and back of house. We will definitely use Henry, Mike and their crews for any future work we may have. We have to say, we did not choose California Customs Landscape for the price, we chose them because they were knowledgeable, professional and honest. We couldn't be happier with our decision. We are still getting compliments on how much better our yard looks. Thank you California Customs Landscapes for everything.

The technician (who claimed to be owner) misdiagnosed the problem, totally misread how the AC condenser line drained, and screwed things up with my home protection agency that had sent him, claiming I had an illegal installation which had probably caused internal leaking in the AC unit, invalidating my future coverage of the unit. He said it would be $600 to reroute the condenser line, including installing a pump in the line, and recommended getting a new AC unit and calling in a restoration contractor to clean up the bacterial or fungal toxins possibly spread in the immediate area and throughout the house (via ductwork) due to the leakage--huge costs!! It later turned out--once I got competent plumbing/HVAC contractors in--that there was no internal leakage in the AC, nothing illegal about the condenser line routing, no need for restoration, and the real problem was a blockage and backup in the plumbing line into which the condensate drained, which was also backing up from the kitchen sink and needed to be rooted out. Also, it turned out the condenser line was code compliant but just not well mounted, and the charge for rerouting it--still gravity fed, no pump needed--was $50. In short, I was lucky to only have wasted $75 for the inspection copay for Royal's visit, and I have complained to the home protection company and am planning to cancel that policy for sending out such a beknighted contractor. On the bright side, Royal was courteous in person and on the phone, and showed up promptly (twice--but still got it very wrong).

Beavers was the fourth company called in after one HVAC contractor and one plumber who were dispatched by our home protection company had cursorily inspected a problem of leaking water in the crawl space under this custom-built, extensively retrofitted 1950s house, misdiagnosed the source of the problem, claimed it was not covered by the home protection plan, and offered instead very expensive superficial repairs; then we called on a contractor who had done preventive maintenance work for us previously on the HVAC system, who identified the general nature of the core problem but said it was outside his own practice and recommended Beavers. Darryl Beavers, his partner Jerry McConnell, and their crews came out promptly, inspected the problem very thoroughly, worked diligently to clean a plugged sewer line and replace a corroded drainpipe, and modified the sewer and HVAC condensation lines to improve the drainage. Their service was professional and prompt; they kept me closely apprised of schedule changes by phone, since other engagements are inherently unpredictable; and their prices are very competitive. They explained and documented their work carefully with photos and offered to talk with the home protection company at my convenience to contest what the earlier, in-network technicians had reported.

It went very well! The workers showed up at around 7am and were done by mid afternoon. They were friendly and informative. They did a great job repairing any and all holes that needed to be made for access to the piping. It has been a year since the job was done and we are still very happy.

Basically a rather simple job that required disconnecting one gas line and wo water lines which were no longer being used, then capping them. The biggest part of the job was cutting through some drywall for one of the water line's connection. Edward, the All City plumber, was very friendly, helpful and efficient. In fact, he arrived at the job early.

We had a clog that backed up into the house. Adrian came by and saw that we needed our septic tank pumped out. He suggested a company, California Septic who turned out really good. The clog was still there after the tank was emptied, it did need to be emptied. Jr came out on a Saturday but unfortunately the rain had made it not safe to get on the roof and snake the vent. Jr assured me that they would come back on Monday morning. Jr and Adrian came when they said they would and tried to snake the vent. The clog was to solid for the snake. They came back and finished the job with the hydro-jet later that afternoon, We were even able the see the hose get all the away to the tank itself. Jr and Adrian were great and professional even with my dumb jokes. I would recommend both these guys to my friends.

Victor arrived right on time. He was very knowledgable and honest. He was patient with me and explained what he would be doing and why. He was able to answer all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be calling him in the future.
