  • I like my mechanic.  They are really honest, they do good work, they fix my car and they are reliable.  I am really happy with Ojai Valley.  They are competent, prompt and friendly.  They are nice folks.

  • My daughter just bought a 2012 Impreza from Carr, and it was an outstandingly excellent experience in all accounts. We were a 'returning family', having bought a 2004 Forrester from them. Robert in sales was excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy at all, helpful...Manny, sales manager likewise, Fernando financing manager likewise. Never felt 'bounced' between salesman and manager as at many other locations. Pricing was excellent, and they came up five times the trade-in offer compared to another dealer for my daughter's 1997 Saturn - $1000. Robert got the white model my daughter wanted by having it driven up half the state and trading with other dealers, delivery was prompt and on time, and when my daughter's credit was declined by a credit union for their lowest 2.19% rate, Fernando had already found and gotten approval for another funding bank at same rate and payment. As a clincher, when I mentioned that my Forrester windshield was cracked, Robert and Manny arranged for it to be replaced at an incredibly low price, less than 1/3 the price I had been quoted elsewhere. These folks are loyal to their customers, and it shows in many ways. The service to have that windshield replaced this past week was also timely, very friendly, and the shop clearly communicates well between technicians and service managers, same as at the sales department - all sellers seem to have a great rapport with each other and the customers. GREAT job! I'll be back! I can't seem to add the 'vehicle make' information on the Angie Web site space for that, but I've included them here in this write-up.

  • ADAMSON AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING They are really good. I have used them 3 or 4 times now. They are really honest, which is hard to come by in an auto person. Very efficient, will get the work done as fast as they can, and they will get it done right. One time, they were fixing my husband's car and they did something wrong. He took it back in and told them it wasn't working right. They fixed it immediately and didn't charge him more, they agreed it was their mistake. They will give you an honest answer of what is wrong with your car, and what it will cost to fix it.

  • We spent $55 on that service. They are great and not only are they honest because that is a big issue in auto repair, but their prices are very fair. They are also very straightforward about what they can and cannot do, which is really important when they are working on different kinds of cars. They also get the work done in a timely manner. There was one problem, but they had outsourced that work, but they were totally willing to fix it for free. We are really glad that we found them.

  • i couldnt be happier and i wish found go big truck performance a year ago when i bought my truck. this guy tiger knows auto performance products. my impression of tiger and go bog truck performance is that he want there customers to be happy and returning customers.

  • A good mechanic's shop would not spend over a certain amount without calling the person, where a place with less integrity would find plenty of things to fix to drive up the cost. This organization has always operated with a great deal of integrity as far as I'm concerened. They are also the AAA towing service in our area. I have used them for flat tires, running out of gas, locking myself out of my car, etc. They are fun and friendly to work with.

  • They have been great. One of the great things about them is that everything that they have done for me they have customized designed. They also customized the bicycles and luggage rack so that it would look and function well for me. They were great to work with, they are particularly friendly and easy to work with. This is my first RV and I felt really supported by all of the mechanics and technicians.

  • When I went back to pick my car up. The service manager called me over and asked me how long the light had been on. The trunk was not closed, so I closed it properly. The service manager was saying humiliating things to me. I was trying to explain things to him but he was upsetting me to the point of making me feel humiliated. He was laughing at my car and asking 'where was your car, Afghanistan!' He just kept going around my car and picking out the little things. He was saying rude and demeaning things to me, with a smug smile. I just want to report his behavior to everyone. I felt so humiliated and abused. I was going to report this to the service manager but he is the service manager. I can't believe Volkswagen would have such a person managing.
