ATibi Home Design INC.Daniel, Guliano and his crew were all amazing. Finding mold in my laundry room turned a small dryer vent project into a huge downstairs renovation project. As a first-time homeowner the situation felt stressful and overwhelming. Guliano came over to our house to assess the site and give us an estimate, they answered all our questions and they were very forward and honest about what the mold remediation process would look like. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in early the following week. As the crew began working, they found more mold, the project became much larger than any of us anticipated, Guliano called me with every update and change. They took pictures of the job as it progressed, which is extremely helpful for us to have on file. Every day the crew they left the area clean, and organized. Their work was extremely thorough. Daniel came for a final inspection when the job was complete. It is hard to find people that you can trust and that do not take advantage; We feel very fortunate to have found Tibi Home Design and would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family! ATibi Home Design INC.It was really about time to remodel my master and guest bathroom at my house, replace the existing floor and remodel the kitchen. I was very nervous to search and find a good remodeling company. Because this was my first time remodeling this large scale and I heard so many terrible stories about going bad during the construction. But now I write here that I’m so fortunate that I found Tibi Home Design. Tibi Home Design is a reliable and friendly remodeling company! I met Daniel who was my product manager, walked with me each and every step of the way and made sure to explain me all the details of the remodeling process. Daniel also helped me throughout the remodeling process to select the right colors, materials etc. and he make it super easy. He was always approachable with all of my questions and concerns. All the people at the crews were very professional and fast on top of being super nice! Overall it was a very stress free and smooth remodeling project and I am very happy with that my house did turned out to be amazing. AProfessional Roofing and SolarProfessional Roofing services is a professional, well-run company with experienced staff. From the beginning, the teams were on time, non-smoking, CLEAN, courteous and always smiling. The work was completed on-time. I am used to setting low expectations for any type of construction crew. After meeting John, I decided to raise my expectations. He exceeded those. He expects perfection from his crew and is constantly monitoring the progress. If things are not perfect, his teams re-do them. Regarding the roof: the process was explained to me, including the potential challenges that might be found. When old wood damage was found, John climbed up to the roof, took pictures of all of it, the good and the bad, and showed me before fixing anything. A received a change order for approval before the work was done. Regarding the patios: we discussed general ideas on what could be done regarding design, space and structure. i then sent John tons of pictures. From there, we agreed on a design, and agreed that as we moved through the process we would have some fluidity to change things as they happened. This flexibility was nice as they were building the patios because once I saw what was happening, I could make better decisions on lighting, materials and color. Use them. They're awesome!- Carrie M.

ADeep Blue ConstructionI recently worked with Thomas, and Deep Blue Construction with a roof 'repaper" and solar installation. I have to say after having a kitchen remodel (many years ago, with a different company) I was worried. I can say now this was the EASIEST construction work I have EVER had. ATR ConstructionWe had TR do a total house remodel of every room, including a new roof, Solar installation, electrical panel upgrade, plumbing re-pipe, re-stucco, and outdoor living area. And now we couldn’t be happier with what is basically a new home. The whole team was great to work with as they took us through the whole process. Starting with the initial estimate from Tony, the owner, it was obvious that he cared greatly about making sure that we were completely happy with the every aspect of our remodel project. In contrast to other builders that had slick ads, showrooms and fancy seminar presentations with videos and wine and cheese telling us how great they executed remodel projects, Tony showed me real projects he had in various stages of completion. I spent a morning driving around north county following him in his truck to his building sites to see his crews in action on in-work projects and recently completed projects. His enthusiasm for what he does showed and is what sold me. TR’s project estimate was competitive with two of three remodel contractors we looked at. The third, a slick design-build company was considerably higher but I assumed that was for some super high-end design service - so as a trial, we agreed to pay an initial design fee to see what they could do. What we ended up with was a mash-up of a 2D drawing, one photo-realistic rendering of a room, along with some poster board display of different samples of flooring tile and backsplash materials and paint swashes for a design that we didn’t even like. We ended up doing our own design and then when we told them we’d go with another contractor, they gave us all the nightmare stories of people had with other contractors, while how well they executed their projects. I had my doubts because some of my questions to them had bounced between their different departments before eventually getting back to me. So we decided to listen to our gut feel and go with TR and in the end we weren’t disappointed. That’s not to say everything went perfectly with TR on our project. But the key point was how well TR dealt with problems - Tony listened, worked with us, was flexible and committed to professionally resolving every issue and made sure we were happy in the end. We pretty much had daily contact with some member of the TR team for the duration of our project, and everyone in the office was friendly, responsive, and great to work with. The work crew of carpenters, roofers, painters, plumbers, and electricians were all conscientious pros and did quality work and many times went out of their way to do what was needed. AI hired CBI in February 2020 to help transform an above garage studio into a one bedroom apartment. I could tell from my first meeting with Frank Megura the owner of CBI that he was professional, experienced, and would be able to assist me with what I was requesting. Frank and his team at CBI were able to implement the plans drawn up my architect to turn my ideas into reality. I was provided with a detailed estimate of the work I requested which allowed me the flexibility to make adjustments based on my budget. A detailed timeline was provided for the project which was helpful to allow for my budgeting of payments and planning for the stages of work and completion of the project. Margaret the office manager communicated with me frequently regarding the details of the contract, payments, and site visit times of the workers. Frank was more than happy to work in conjunction with my professional designer at my request. The work completed included framing, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Details of the work performed include: Transforming a water closet into a ¾ bath with the addition of a shower. The shower was built into a space that included installation of a shower pan, tile walls from floor to ceiling with a built in shower nook, installation of a rain shower head as well as a hand held sprayer, and installation of a frame less glass door. A medicine cabinet was installed over the existing sink. A wet bar was replaced with a full sink and faucet installed into a granite counter top over cabinet bases. The granite was installed intact without any breaks and a hole was drilled allowing for installation of a reverse osmosis water system. The end results was lots of cabinet space with a beautiful granite counter top, matching back splash, and a dual basin sink and faucet. Very functional and attractive. A bedroom with a closet was constructed to my specifications. It fit in nicely to this 450 sq. ft. studio. The bedroom included the installation of 2 entry doors, one on each side of the room as requested, and a 5 ft. closet was built in. Painting was performed with the requested paint brand and colors of my choosing. The electrical work included installation of a light over the bathroom sink, an exhaust fan and light near the shower, 2 recessed lights over the kitchen counter area, 4 recessed lights in the living area, and a ceiling mount light in the bedroom. 2 light switches were placed in the bedroom, one at each entryway. This was a great functional detail Frank suggested. Additionally electrical outlets were added where needed and replacement of old yellowed outlets and switch plate covers were completed. I would like to commend CBI for the professionalism of their workers. I especially would like to give praise to Noe who spent the most time on the project site. He communicated with me almost daily prior to the work that was to be completed. He is an excellent communicator not only in stating what was to be done but also listened to my ideas and implemented any special requests I had. He also provided me with insight and suggestions that improved the functionality of certain details I was requesting. I have already contacted Frank and his team at CBI to work on another remodel project on my home. I highly recommend Complete Builders Incorporated and have already recommended them to an interested party looking for a professional and reliable contractor.
