    Green California Builders
Props to this great company. Jonny throughout the course of our bathroom remodel treated us as customers should be treated- with respect, understanding and patience. We are very happy with the final results of our project and will continue to recommend your company to our friends and acquaintances. Having remodeled a couple of houses, we know that not every detail will be completed to our total satisfaction, but what separates a poor remodeling job from a good one is a general contractor that is willing to rectify any problems. Jonny did this and although I am sure we drove him crazy at times, his patience never seemed to run short. I can tell you that our plans are to remodel other houses in the future and your company will be the first contact we make. Thanks again and please tell the guys from Green California Builders that we appreciate their hard work.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
It went extremely well. Before they started the company provided a daily schedule of work to be performed and they didn't waiver from it - everything was attended on the day projected. In other words they stuck strictly to their schedule provided. And I know that the company had other projects under way at the time. Also, their subcontractors for all the speciialities such as electrical, tiling etc., were witihout exception throughly professional. They all have years of service with Remodel Works. Finally, the follow through afte completion included a call from the company's owner to verify all of the above which really impressed us. There is no question that this company is keenly sensitive about maintaining an excellent reputation. note: several of the cabinets had moved very slightly with settlement etc., - I called the company and the project manager himself came out asap and satisfactorlly adjusted them. We have had numerous compliments from neighbors and friends about our gorgeous kitchen. The company was recomended to us by a neighbor in the community who "loves her new kitchen"...........we love our new kitchen!

    Eli's installations
I contacted Eli's Installations to arrange for a shower & counter replacement. Problems started almost from the beginning of the install. He'd show up late, call and have excuses why he couldn't make it at all that day, etc. The install took two weeks and almost immediately cracks began to form in the grout. They were numerous and they were large, the biggest measuring 26 inches!! In addi-tion, the water would never drain completely from the shower floor and has to be squeegeed off after every shower to avoid slip hazard. He has sent various emails giving dates he might do the repair, but no follow up, no phone calls - nothing. He has lied to me, been rude to my wife, and in general has been a major disappointment to work with. Only use Eli's Installations if you want to waste your money, get major frustrated, and end up with really poor workmanship. Thumbs down to this guy!

    BCG Remodeling
Great!!. I purchased a small older home within blocks of the beach in North County San Diego with the intention of creating the beach bungalow theme. BCG did a great job with the kitchen/ dining remodel. They were professional, timely, clean and reasonably priced. They also had some great suggestions along the way to work with problems encountered with a home built in the 40's. I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Loved their suggestion to stripe the wall in the dining area....definitely beachie!! I've invited them back for more remodeling work.

    Krugh Custom Services
Dave and his crew were exceptional! My husband and I are recent first time homeowners and after finding mold/water damage we were stressed out with the project size and anticipated expense. Dave and his guys were a one stop shop and took care of everything from the mold to putting together the updated bathroom of our dreams in less than 2 weeks! Everyone who worked on our house was timing and professional. The cost was unbeatable for the quality of the work and materials. Krugh Custom Sevice has all of our future business! I highly recommend them!

    DM Building Inc
Our remodel turned out absolutely incredible. Our friends and family give such wonderful compliments. DM was patient with my requests and changes of which there were many. Marshall, our project manager was on top of every detail. Both Danny and Marshall stated more than once that they wanted to make me happy. I am a perfectionist and wanted a perfect job. DM came through.

This is a LONG post but PLEASE read it before considering hiring Gus to do any projects for you! This is a fair warning to anyone looking to hire him. We hired Gus in the middle of November 2017 to complete a bathroom remodel for us. To give you some insight as to what our project was we were doing a full bathroom remodel, consisting of re-tiling a whole shower, adding wainscoting, baseboard, and bead-boarding to the walls, re painting the walls, installing a new toilet, light fixture, and vanity. At first I was very impressed with Gus' work, it was well done and he was polite and courteous any time he came to my house. After a while though, Gus' entire demeanor changed. He began to not answer my texts for days on end, and would tell us that he couldn't come to work on the project for weeks. (Full disclosure: we were waiting on our bathroom vanity arriving as we had to order one online and Gus repeatedly used this as an excuse as to why he couldn't come and work on the bathroom-even though as stated above there was PLENTY more work to be completed). When we first hired Gus for this project we had agreed upon two deposits - one consisting of $500 and the other being $700. THIS WAS THE ONLY MONEY THAT WE HAD ORIGINALLY AGREED TO PAY BEFORE THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE. The reason I bring this up is because when Gus came to work on the bathroom one day he proceeded to ask me if I could pay him another $1,200 (mind you he had only finished the shower and one wall of baseboard and wainscoting and this is 3 weeks into the project) I was a bit taken aback by this but was told that he needed this money for the work that he had already completed, so I obliged. He said that he was going to head out for the day and that he would come back the next day to complete the walls of wainscoting and baseboard/bead-board as well as finishing painting and to install the new toilet and some shelves etc. When Gus came back the next day he only stayed for 3 hours, doing some painting and cleaning the shower tile since the grout had set. He came to tell me that he would be leaving early that day (even though he had hardly done any of the work that he said he would do) and then proceeded to ask me to pay him ANOTHER $1,300! To say I was shocked is an understatement. I told him I didn't have the money at the moment and he said to write him a check. I felt so cornered by his sudden insistent and unprofessional behavior that I wrote him the check. Two days later the check cleared my bank account made out to an individual I had never even heard of. After that day (12/12) we didn't hear from Gus until January 2nd, 3 weeks after this incident. We had tried to contact him several times to ask when he was going to come complete the rest of the work as our new vanity was arriving on January 3rd and that was supposed to be the absolute LAST thing that he had to do to finish off the bathroom. Yet walls were still unpainted and didn't have wainscoting or baseboard/bead-boarding, the new toilet hadn't been installed, the new light hadn't been installed, and the bathroom accessories hadn't been put up. After not hearing from Gus for a few more days we had accepted the fact that he was never coming back to complete our project. Therefore, we hired other professionals to come and complete our project. They were able to finish the project in ONE DAY when this whole process with Gus had been going on for over 2 months. At this point we have paid him for $700+ more than the work he had completed. We have continued to ask Gus to refund us this money since the work is now done and he keeps coming up with excuses as to why we need to wait for his convenience to pay us back OUR money. Overall, Gus was inconsistent and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend him for someone looking to get any renovations done to their house, especially if you would like them done in a timely manner. Hiring Gus was the biggest waste of time and money. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

    Precision Home Design & Remodeling
Renen gave me a timeline of two months for completion of all the work I had requested. He delivered as promised in a timely manner even though I had added extra requests to the project. Renen and his crew are efficient, courteous and professional. The kitchen and all the flooring with the open concept as I had only imagined, became a reality in excellent time. Im so happy that I chose Renen because he listened to my requests and concerns. I felt very respected throughout the whole process
