  • Dave and his crew were exceptional! My husband and I are recent first time homeowners and after finding mold/water damage we were stressed out with the project size and anticipated expense. Dave and his guys were a one stop shop and took care of everything from the mold to putting together the updated bathroom of our dreams in less than 2 weeks! Everyone who worked on our house was timing and professional. The cost was unbeatable for the quality of the work and materials. Krugh Custom Sevice has all of our future business! I highly recommend them!

  • Antonio and Alex were amazing and very affordable. They sent us daily progress texts with pictures and were very accommodating and attentive to our every need. My sons is ecstatic with his new bedroom and couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend them for any home improvement project. These guys are amazing!!!

  • Franco is the best handyman you could hire, there were so many tasks that needed to be done & Franco was very experienced in all the tasks that needed to be either repair or fixed! A very pleasant person very kind, compassinate, polite & you name it he is all that!! His work is excellent , cleans after himself & leaves the area clean!! I would recommend Franco for all the handy tasks that need to be done. His charges are very much worth it!

  • Ordered the window coverings in July and it is now October and nothing has shown up. Minimal to no communication from the vendor. I ordered through a promotion on Costco and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had with one of their vendors. DO NOT USE!

  • One does not need to look any further for drywall or painting services then Tim Kadel, [*** Link removed ***] We live in the Palm Springs area and wanted a second home in Oceanside to be closer to our grandchildren. We had a contractor start the total renovation of the second home. We took the home down to the studs and removal of parts of the slab. We put the front of the home in the back and moved the home from right to left........then our contractor stopped doing the work for other jobs and the work which he did was of very poor quality. He left the home a mess. This is after two years. So not being from the area, I took a chance on Tim Kadel. We were pretty disheartened when Tim showed up on a Sunday to review the mess with which we presented. If I may take a tangent now? We built our main home in the Palm Springs area in 1987 and we know what quality craftsmanship should look like. We did not care if Tim would perform at that level of craftsmanship; we just wanted the home finished. It took well a month to repair the damage left by the first contractor with Tim's crew here almost every day, and Tim constantly inspecting their work. Tim's work would easily rival any of the top notch work of the nicer Palm Springs homes, plus his price for such quality work is unbelievably reasonable. When we can back to see his workmanship after 1400 square feet of popcorn removal, significant drywall work, and painting we almost cried as this renovation has been a long process by our first contractor. And there was not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere to be found. Trust? Yes, we gave Tim a key to the home while we continued to live in our Palm Springs home.

  • The kitchen and open concept exceeded my expectations. My home is four blocks from the beach and I wanted a "beachie" look. John was helpful with suggestions to achieve the look and create the open concept. He was also very helpful with where to shop for the materials to keep the cost within my budget.

  • We are very satisfied. Flood Solutions does high-quality work that they stand behind. You can always find a lower price, but before you hire a local handyman, consider the importance of punctuality and professionalism. If Flood says they're going to be there at 8 AM, someone is knocking at your door at 7:45, anxious to get started. When the exterior door started sticking, someone was there immediately to disassemble the door frame, plane it down and repaint, all at no additional charge. We wanted a second back gate installed and without us asking for it, Flood built it such that from the exterior, it looks like a fence, not a gate. Very thoughtful! We've found our go-to builder. Hope they work out for you too.

  • Our remodel turned out absolutely incredible. Our friends and family give such wonderful compliments. DM was patient with my requests and changes of which there were many. Marshall, our project manager was on top of every detail. Both Danny and Marshall stated more than once that they wanted to make me happy. I am a perfectionist and wanted a perfect job. DM came through.

  • This is a LONG post but PLEASE read it before considering hiring Gus to do any projects for you! This is a fair warning to anyone looking to hire him. We hired Gus in the middle of November 2017 to complete a bathroom remodel for us. To give you some insight as to what our project was we were doing a full bathroom remodel, consisting of re-tiling a whole shower, adding wainscoting, baseboard, and bead-boarding to the walls, re painting the walls, installing a new toilet, light fixture, and vanity. At first I was very impressed with Gus' work, it was well done and he was polite and courteous any time he came to my house. After a while though, Gus' entire demeanor changed. He began to not answer my texts for days on end, and would tell us that he couldn't come to work on the project for weeks. (Full disclosure: we were waiting on our bathroom vanity arriving as we had to order one online and Gus repeatedly used this as an excuse as to why he couldn't come and work on the bathroom-even though as stated above there was PLENTY more work to be completed). When we first hired Gus for this project we had agreed upon two deposits - one consisting of $500 and the other being $700. THIS WAS THE ONLY MONEY THAT WE HAD ORIGINALLY AGREED TO PAY BEFORE THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE. The reason I bring this up is because when Gus came to work on the bathroom one day he proceeded to ask me if I could pay him another $1,200 (mind you he had only finished the shower and one wall of baseboard and wainscoting and this is 3 weeks into the project) I was a bit taken aback by this but was told that he needed this money for the work that he had already completed, so I obliged. He said that he was going to head out for the day and that he would come back the next day to complete the walls of wainscoting and baseboard/bead-board as well as finishing painting and to install the new toilet and some shelves etc. When Gus came back the next day he only stayed for 3 hours, doing some painting and cleaning the shower tile since the grout had set. He came to tell me that he would be leaving early that day (even though he had hardly done any of the work that he said he would do) and then proceeded to ask me to pay him ANOTHER $1,300! To say I was shocked is an understatement. I told him I didn't have the money at the moment and he said to write him a check. I felt so cornered by his sudden insistent and unprofessional behavior that I wrote him the check. Two days later the check cleared my bank account made out to an individual I had never even heard of. After that day (12/12) we didn't hear from Gus until January 2nd, 3 weeks after this incident. We had tried to contact him several times to ask when he was going to come complete the rest of the work as our new vanity was arriving on January 3rd and that was supposed to be the absolute LAST thing that he had to do to finish off the bathroom. Yet walls were still unpainted and didn't have wainscoting or baseboard/bead-boarding, the new toilet hadn't been installed, the new light hadn't been installed, and the bathroom accessories hadn't been put up. After not hearing from Gus for a few more days we had accepted the fact that he was never coming back to complete our project. Therefore, we hired other professionals to come and complete our project. They were able to finish the project in ONE DAY when this whole process with Gus had been going on for over 2 months. At this point we have paid him for $700+ more than the work he had completed. We have continued to ask Gus to refund us this money since the work is now done and he keeps coming up with excuses as to why we need to wait for his convenience to pay us back OUR money. Overall, Gus was inconsistent and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend him for someone looking to get any renovations done to their house, especially if you would like them done in a timely manner. Hiring Gus was the biggest waste of time and money. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
