  • This company offers services with a Personal Trainer and alleges that an individual be permitted to cancel future sessions and receive a refund of the 5 paid sessions. The company indicates that you can cancel your future sessions if done within the first 5 days. In addition, to the first 5 day window, the company alleges that if you are not fully satisfied after completing the 5 paid sessions in 30 days that you will receive a full refund. They promote a "Money Back Guarantee - No Questions Asked". Unfortunately, this is not the case. Upon completion of the first paid session, an attempt with the front desk was immediately made (same day) to cancel the session. The staff at the Frazee Road location purposely mislead, misdirected, and failed to follow up to cancel this contract until after the five day period was met. The store manager now alleges that there is no entitlement to a refund, and that the only solution he is willing and able to accommodate is to offer two additional sessions with a different trainer. The store manager also attempted to use bullying and intimidating tactics to say "You can have this offer or lose all of your money and have nothing at all!" Attempts were made to cancel these personal training sessions through 24 Hr Corporate Member Services, and they allege that they have no control or ability to provide refunds as this is "in club revenue", and this must be resolved at the club level. Unfortunately, it is 24 Hr Corporate who promotes these services on their website and promises a money back guarantee, so they should be able to assist in resolving these matters. After days and hours of attempting to speak with numerous individuals, this has now been escalated to a District Manager from whom we are awaiting a response.

  • I have been working with Megan for less than three months and I have had excellent results. She motivates and challenges me on a daily basis. I have yet to do the same workout twice, and love the people in my group sessions! I have knee issues and she always gives options to adapt as needed. Not only has she taught me a lot of new exercises, she has helped me with nutrition, providing sample meal plans and adapting those as needed. In the first time in five years, my sugars are in a normal range and I am on track to reach my fitness and health goals. Megan has been so influential in changing my overall health!

  • This facility is not as professionally furnished or managed as some fitness centers are, but then, the price of $10/mo (or more if you want the and quot;black cardand quot; for extra services) plus annual renewal fee reflects that. The equipment sometimes is in need of repair, and the facility could be cleaner. I wear white gloves when I work out and they are always gray by the time I leave the center. The staff is not very friendly.
    My biggest gripe though, is with the customer service (NON-service). We had to change our credit card number because of someone trying to hack it. When my husband went in to change the CREDIT CARD NUMBER, they asked for a voided check. He was given the impression it was for ID purposes. When he told me about it, I told him it didn't sound right. He called, and they said that the billing was going to be coming out of our checking account. We told them we do not allow anyone to access our checking account. They said we had to come in to change the account.
    We went to the location and they flatly said they could not change the account to the credit card because it was already sent in to corporate. I insisted they change it to a credit card and they absolutely refused. They refused!!! I said then I wanted to cancel my membership. I was required to fill out the necessary paperwork and requested a copy which she was a bit reluctant to give me.
    It turns out that apparently their current and quot;policyand quot; is to deduct from checking accounts, whether you like it or not. I have contacted our credit card company to block their account, and I am doing the same thing with the bank. The final outcome is still up in the air. This will very likely cost us a fairly large sum of money to cancel; I would guess probably in the 3 figure range by the time it is all settled.
    I do not recommend this company.

  • If I'm out of town or out of state, I could use any of their branches since their membership covers everyone. Their facility is always clean it's well run and it doesn't smell like a gym because they have workers there cleaning constantly and they are open all night so you can pick the time to go. They got lots of everything; bicycles, stair climbers and others so you don't have to wait.

  • I have never had to wait very long. The doctor is very professional and timely. He schedules this well and he gives you good advice. He seems to know what he is doing. The overall experience was excellent. I will continue to use this provider.

  • I just broke my ankle and got out of a surgery, so will not be going back to them for three weeks.  They are outstanding.  They have excellent trainers that help do the exercises in a proper way.  They always greet us when we come through the door.  It has been a really good experience.  We really enjoy what we have been doing for over a year and half now.  My wife goes there almost 5 days a week.  Prior to me breaking my ankle, I was going 5 days a week also.
