He was able to conceptualize what I had in mind, discuss challenges and adaptations and build a beautiful a bad functional product that turned out even prettier than my concept photo! ABest-Rate Repair CompanyWe used Best Rate 5 years ago to replace 50 feet of fence top cap on an old sagging fence that was lacking proper base supports. During the top cap removal they used wood shoring to keep the fence straight and fused 16 footers of kiln-dried redwood using 45 degree angle cuts and long 16" screws to create one very long top cap to straighten our sagging and crooked fence to look brand new. We had selected them because they paint all 6 sides of the replacement wood prior to installation, and we have a terrible time fighting wood rot at our place. Their repair has stood the test of time and still looks great at the 5 year mark, so when it came time to replace some termite infested top cap on the other side of our property, they were at the top of our list to do the job. This time, as a repeat customer, we had saved up 4 full days worth of repairs involving a lot of details, so we were a bit apprehensive as to whether it could all be accomplished, and also worried whether the experience would be different from 5 years ago. What followed was one of the most pleasant experiences we've had to date with any company. The people behind this company understand what the customer wants and they deliver on every point in flawless execution. The process moves smoothly and effortlessly from scheduling the first appointment to the final completion. You can always reach them and they always respond. Service just doesn't get any better than this. They have consistently sent out organized teams of very skilled carpenters who work efficiently, but with attention to details to deliver high quality precision work using intelligent, well thought out solutions. They are very receptive and attentive to your needs and any special requests you may have. They were so neat during the 4 days of work it was hard to tell where they had been. They take care of your things, leaving no damage and there's absolutely no clean-up necessary after them. They take care of everything and they won't miss anything on your list. Instead of feeling the usual stresses, we actually enjoyed having them. We feel they are the best in town for wood construction. They do very high quality lasting repairs. You can certainly spend less with other companies, but end up having to do the repairs more frequently. After 30 years of fighting wood rot, we are glad that there are still companies like this which have not compromised on the quality of the repair. AReyes Landscape Maintenance, IncCesar, David, and their crew arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning up and grooming the steep terrain on two sides of our property. Tons of debris was hauled away and the area was left super clean. Another plus is that they carry full liability and workman's comp insurance for all of their workers. ACalifornia SmartscapeMy wife and I hired California Smartscapes to complete a 100,000 plus landscaping job at our home in Bay Park. As you can tell by the photos it turned out amazing! In fact, it turned out better than we could have anticipated. The guys were very professional and their effort and work ethic was first class. The team lead by project manager Sal were very responsive to our requests and were there to answer any questions we had. We are excited to spend our weekends and nights outside BBQing, enjoying the fire pit and watching sports! I will say there is no one more excited than our labradooble, Callie! AWe first met with Ari and explained what we were looking to do with our front yard. He came back with a design to which we made some minor changes then approved. We had to wait several months to come up in their que, but it was well worth it. They removed all existing landscape and hauled away, then took us to nursery to pick out low water plants. Next they planted what we had picked out and installed designer rock per the approved plans. We are extremely please with the completed work.

AIt is been a few months since our kitchen remodel and we can’t believe how spectacular it is and why we waited so long to decide to do it. Ryan was perfect to work with and he contributed so many terrific ideas. We got every single thing we wanted and we managed to stay pretty close to budget. We absolutely believed we got the best value for our dollar. All of his workers are great detail oriented perfectionists. They were on time and just really nice people. Special shout out to Jesus, our foreman who always kept us informed of the work schedules and made sure everything was just perfect for us. We are repeat customers (2 bathroom remodels including a steam room in 2018) will continue to use and recommend Integrity Home Improvements. They are the best!
