Ryan was perfect to work with and he contributed so many terrific ideas. We got every single thing we wanted and we managed to stay pretty close to budget. We absolutely believed we got the best value for our dollar. All of his workers are great detail oriented perfectionists. They were on time and just really nice people. Special shout out to Jesus, our foreman who always kept us informed of the work schedules and made sure everything was just perfect for us. ARemodel Works Bath & KitchenWe love Remodel Works! After discovering harmful mold and mold byproducts in our home, we had to have many areas (namely the kitchen and 2 bathrooms) torn out. Needless to say we were completely shocked at the level of repair needed. Enter John DeLuca, designer du jour. He helped my mom design the kitchen of her dreams, as well as update the master and guest bathrooms which had been torn down to studs. John was always available for a phone call or text with any questions, even to help us choose paint colors outside of the areas he designed. The construction is still in process, but Lance has been amazing and everything is coming together beautifully. He has kept us updated each step of the way, and has a very calming demeanor (which is always appreciated during construction projects!). Brett has been great as well, always working hard with a big smile when we stop by to check on progress. Both have gone above and beyond in keeping the place in order (we are not staying in the home during this work). They both could have easily just stuck to the project they were hired for, but have done extra detective work in helping us figure out issue after issue with our older home. We know we are in good hands. This process has been emotional, as a remodel was initially something my mom and dad were planning together, but my dad ended up passing away suddenly just over a year ago. It has been such a blessing to be so taken care of by Remodel Works during a rough time. Highly recommend for professional, top notch work, and individuals who really care about their work and clients.- Alex H.

ADreamstyle Remodeling of San DiegoEduardo, Carlos & Javier are the team that completed the replacement and installation of 2 sliding glass doors with interior blinds and a bathroom window. Eduardo & Carlos did the installation & Javier did the refinishing work. We received a rundown of how & when the job would be completed. Not only was the work performed by these gentlemen top notch, they went out of their way to ensure that our home was protected from any dust etc by creating a barrier inside during the demolition portion. They patched the crumbling stucco at the bottom of the doors & removed & patched the holes from hardware that was above the doors but that didn't directly affect the installation. The interior paint colors were matched by Eduardo & Carlos, then Javier touched up the areas of our interior along with the final painting for the doors I highly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling and their work crew.- Suzanne T.

ASaul did a great job at a fair price. Job took longer than he originally estimated, but we had beige and browns for wall colors the job required 3 coats of paint vs. the two he anticipated at the onset of the job. Additionally, we have a great room with 32’ ceiling which took over a week alone to paint. Total job was apps. 3,700-3,800 sq ft. Saul and his helper we’re very courteous and worked diligently.

AWe were informed very late, that a part required to do the job was not received, thereby delaying installation by a week. We were inconvenienced by having to arrange to be home, again, on site, another day and time. Poor execution by the HD installation team. The final product was excellent and installed expertly.

ARequested a quote, they arrived on time and had sample windows to actually look at. Went with them, they took less than half a day, arrived on time, and the windows look great. For one of the windows, a little bit of stucco was damaged during installation and they notified us the damaged happened, came back, and repaired it the next week. The windows look great and had the best specs out of the 4 other window installers I got quotes from.

AIn the middle of having my flooring installed, we discovered that I had asbestos in my kitchen and bathroom- the flooring installers walked out of the job immediately. I had 3 companies come and give me bids. San Diego Abatement Services was the most professional and knowledgeable. They scheduled the job the day after I called. They were polite, efficient, and did exactly what they promised to do. They were not the least expensive- but my confidence in a perfect job and the safety of my home was more important. They sent me the certificate of a clean air test so I can now finish my floors!
