    I needed a limo to take four adults to the airport, then pick up 6 adults a week later when we returned.  I booked Continental Limo, aka San Francisco Wine Tours about a week ahead of time to insure the owner Jerry Jacobs had planning time.  He asked for payment in advance, $113. I found this somewhat unusual, but did it anyway.  He gave us the name of the driver and his phone number that would be picking us up.   For the return, he said he would check with the airlines for updates on arrivals since we would were scheduled to arrive around midnight.  He said we should call when we arrived at the baggage claim. 

    Results:  Trip to the airport:  We got a call from Jerry the day of the pick up to the airport saying another person, Johnny, would be picking us up.  When he arrived, it was not a stretch, it was a sedan.  We got to the airport fine, but since we were crowded into a sedan, complained that he did not send a stretch. 

    The return: He called me by cell phone (international phone expense for me) when I was out of the country asking for details: flight number, airlines, and scheduled arrival time, which I provided earlier by email to him when I first booked.  I sent it again via text.  He immediately charged my credit card with the pick up limo service fee of $133.

    We were scheduled to arrive at 11:57.  At 11:22 PST, I sent a message to Jerry informing him we were delayed.  I would call when we arrived.  We were in a snowstorm at JFK and waiting on the tarmac for de-icing and clearance to take off. After I arrived at SFO, I called and left a message that we were at the baggage claim.  He returned my call angrily and told me the flight I was on was on-time and that he had waited for me 1.5 hours and that we were on our own to return. Then charged my card again a second $133 never having provided any return limo service.  I don't know in what universe the delayed flight I was on, was on-time, but I was on that flight in this universe and it was delayed.  Jet Blue's own records show it arrived at 2:57AM.

    This guy is totally unreliable, unorganized and unprofessional,  I would suggest anyone subscribing to this service to find some other limo service.

    For the most part they were excellent. The only reason I give them less than a A rating on service is that on the return trip the driver had no idea how to get to my house so I had to give him turn-by-turn directions as we went. The trip to the airport was excellent in all respects.

        We arrived at the motel at evening, security at the entrance checked every cars that had to go in. We told them we had booked a room. They wrote down our plate # and let us in. I went to front desk got the keys. A two beds bedroom w/ TV on a low-shelf. No table and chair, only sit on the beds. No mini refrigerator and microwave, can't keep any food. No shampoo and shower cap, went to Walmart bought a shampoo. The internet not free, has to pay ~$5 per night, didn't use it. It's Ok, to stay 1 or 2 nights, not for more.

    The owners name is Melita Thorpe.  She specializes in astronomical trips primarily.  The owner is knowledgeable.  The trips are very well run with the involvement of the owner.  She cares about her clients that come along on the trip and runs it off very well.  I feel she is a little pricey.

    The service was excellent!
    The driver showed up on time and was professional and very helpful. I have mobility issues and sometimes I need assistance
    getting out of a car. My driver had no problem taking my hand and helping me out of the car.

    Bruce was very courteous and efficient, as were the drivers. The cars were beautiful and the trip flawless. Only two areas for improvement: one was that we were informed on our return trip that the rates had gone up due to fuel costs, and initially we were charged a higher rate. However, I told the driver that Bruce had quoted us a lower rate during the reservation, so she honored that. The other item was that my husband ended up having to load and unload the bags (fairly weighty for a two-week trip out of the country) on the return trip, since he was stronger than the driver. So he asked me to mark down the tip for that. Overall the experience was good, and we will be sure to use Eagle again for future "special" trips (assuming the prices haven't gone up too much by then)!

    When the driver arrived, he did not apologize for being late. He also arrived in a dirty shuttle van. I had to ask him to help me with my bags. When I asked why I was not being picked up in a car, as I requested, he did not provide an adequate response. Driver said that he would call dispatch, but since I was already late, I didn't know what a call to dispatch was supposed to resolve. Was the driver trying to prove that I was wrong? I could have booked a different shuttle service for half the cost. The provider never indicated that instead of a car, a shuttle would pick me up. And I do not understand why the shuttle was dirty, both inside and outside. Needless to say, I did not contract this company to pick me up from the airport on my return.

    The amount that the company charged me was less than the amount that they paid the driver. The amount of the tip was substantially less than the 18% they quoted me over the telephone. While all consideration is due to the driver for his professionalism, I feel that ExecuCar misrepresented the price and took advantage of me, since they did not provide the driver with the stated amount of the tip and his hourly rate was lower than the rate they quoted me. And the tip, even at his lower hourly rate, did not equal 18%. I would not use this company again because I feel that they inflate their prices and take advantage of customers. The grades provided here do not reflect the grades I would provide for the driver, but solely the quality of service I received from ExecuCar.
