Poorly. He showed up irritable raising the cost of his original estimate by almost $400.00, after we discussed the exact specifications and parameters in depth, prior to his original quote, with no changes in the specifications. I believe he does not keep track well of any of his projects, and is clearly not professional. Would never use again nor recommend

Their bids were so much better than all of the other companies, definietely didn't try to gouge us. They ended up finding the blockage and it turned out to be on the side that the city was responsible for which was good for us. Toto's was wonderful. I am not sure but I believe they specialize in complex, difficult jobs. I would recommend them to anyone.

So impressed with Raul and his responsiveness. He came out on a Saturday within 2 hours of my call to him. Replaced the broken part and recommended a few other items that were failing that he could come back to do at a later time. Super professional and extremely responsive.
