Recent Review:
ADr. Zeravich first lightly tested the movement of my left ankle and right knee and then made some adjustments in the legs, hips and back. I felt better right away and each time I returned they got better and better and finally disappeared. They have not returned after several months. These were both chronic pains that had lasted a year before I saw him and other practitioners were not able to help.

AHe is excellent. He is a very knowledgeable person and is able to figure out things that our doctor can’t. A doctor may just tell me a little bit about a problem but he is a person who gives a well-rounded perspective of it. He is a combination of a doctor, a physiotherapist and a person who understands a lot of the mechanics of the body. He provides good customer service. One thing that is probably not very good is that he doesn’t work with an insurance company, so I have to pay out of my pocket. He charges $90 per visit. I don’t know how much I would have to pay to a doctor if I visited him outside of my insurance coverage.

ANorell Prosthetics OrthoticsI like it because it is a family group and would recommend them to others. They are fast and do the work nicely. I have seen three different prosthetic groups, but they are the best. I have been using them for a long time. They are also willing to work with me on price.- Robert B.

BHANGER PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICSI got referred to go there and get these things made. They seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing, and they explained the process. They were custom-made, and they work fine. I haven't had to go back to get them adjusted.- ROBERT W.

BHANGER PROSTHETICS & ORTHOTICSIvan Hunsaker made 2 AFOs for me twice for the same leg, basically the same order both times. The 1st one, a few (3-5?) years ago, was quite problematic. On several occasions within the 1st 6 months, the screws came undone while I was walking around, rendering the brace useless. They fixed it free of charge each time, but each time required making another appointment & more time off work for me. Each time I went in, they were so surprised because this never happens but it happened to me many times. It got so bad I taped a piece of elastic to the brace for use as an emergency repair of sorts. I had to use it at least a couple of times. Also began carrying a tightening tool in my wallet in case I happened to notice the screw unloosen before it came completely undone and fell unnoticed into the street or wherever I was used this multiple times too. Got the 2nd one after a few years when I met a psychiatrist who took one look at it, said that s way too big for you and promptly ordered a new one. The new one is a much closer fit than the old one ever was. I remember asking at the time I got the 1st one if it was supposed to be so big and was told it was fine. Also the screws have never come undone on the new one. It does squeak, and the doctor made it very clear that Hanger should take care of this at no charge as well. Just haven t gone in to have this adjusted as that would once again take up more of my time. Because I have 100% DME coverage, I did not pay out of pocket for this. If I d been paying $ as well as time, I d be upset, not merely annoyed. Obviously in this case, I got more than MY copay s worth, and I would use this company again given the same circumstances. But since copays & insurance coverages vary, each case should be evaluated individually.- KAREN t.
