  • I straightened out the problem and the insurance company easily and they refunded the $174 that I was due to the provider instead of to me. I contacted the provider's billing service (BMS Practice Solutions, Upland, CA) numerous times over a period of 6 months to get my money back. They never called me back once. In one of my calls to them, they said they would send the $174, but never did. They sent $44, with no explanation of what happened to the other $130.  In another of my calls to get the $130, they lied to me and said they do not receive insurance payments at their office. They refused to tell me how my account balance got back to zero after they had gotten a $174 insurance check that was mine and I had paid cash for the services .  They were obstructive and refused to tell me what happened to the $174.  I finally called the provider and asked the co-owner Nancy Bryan to refund the $130 and take responsibility for the lying and obstruction of her billing service provider. She said that after receiving the check, they had increased the charge for those two appointment by $130 to a total of $300, the  "insurance rate charge", even though I had done all the work to recover the insurance money and they had done nothing and in fact the billing service made every effort to prevent me from finding out what happened.  She kept my insurance money and would take no responsibility for all the effort I had put in with her billing company and the awful experience I had with them.

  • They were just great. They were very encouraging when I was afraid and had to walk the first few times. They were reassured me that I could do it and I wouldn’t fall or if I did fall they would catch me. They worked me hard but as a result I don't have any lingering after effects. They were also really encouraging. At one time they gave me a massage just because it could be stressful rehabilitating and it wasn't necessary to have the physical aspect of the physical therapy except that it was needed to relax. They were kind. There was nothing they could have done better, they did everything wonderfully. I hope that I don't have to use them in the future but if I have to I would go to them.

  • They are punctual, knowledgeable and pay careful attention with what is going on with you. They give you written instruction on what exercises you have to do. There is free parking at the back. There is a private treatment room. The office is messy with open storage room with dishes.

  • Linda A Avery is unbelievably good diagnostician. She has great hands on experience and customizes any issue very efficiently, which is rare in doctors these days. She has a fabulous staff. Her practice accepts insurance and does not demand any payment upfront. I like her services and will use the same in future.

  • I would recommend him because I think he?s great. He was recommended to me by my surgeon he is in practice with his daughter who is a chiropractor. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is very forthcoming about explaining things and letting me know what is going on His treatments are very helpful.
