  • We switched from another company whose customer service was lacking. Frontpoint's customer service has been top notch. They mail all the components and you set it up yourself. It was easy to do and when we did have questions or problems they walked us patiently through troubleshooting to find solutions.

  • The installation was awkward on my front door, the motion detector malfunctioned, setting off a middle of the night alarm that woke me up, and I had another false alarm that stressed me at work, making me drive home only to discover all was fine. I did not feel confident arming the system when I traveled in the summer, and they have an incredibly long three year contract term. Terrible.

  • Needed a system that I could control on my phone, had backup if Internet/power went down, and no contract. Looked online and found GetSafe. I went on chat and asked a few questions before I placed my order (awesome feature) . Equipment is upfront b/c no contract, but I rent and can't do contracts so I don't mind paying a little more upfront, and having the flexibility to stop monitoring if needed, and system is portable so I can take it with me when I move. Customer service really stood out, they are great both on chat and on the phone. Love my system, simple and easy to use, but does exactly what I need it to do.

  • I was able to install the sensors and work with Frontpoint to active my alarm. Everything went smoothly and the customer service is extremely prompt in returning calls/helping me with issues. I would recommend them again.

  • Frontpoint has been an excellent provider for our security system.
    The package came quickly after we ordered it.  It's fully wireless, making installation fast. One of our (admittedly technologically adept) friends had the entire thing set up - four doors, a few windows, smoke detector, and alarm system - within an hour. 
    We can both run the security system, including setting the alarm, deactivating the alarm, and checking status quickly from our cell phones.
    Since installation, we have contacted customer support for a number is issues/questions - such as adding on our thermostat to the system. This is an excellent bonus, and we can turn on/off the thermostat remotely. And we set up a 7-day a week system to turn on/off automatically. 
    All communication with customer service has been excellent.  They almost always contact us a day or two later via the phone to make sure it all is going well. 
    Highly recommend!

  • I have found the service to be good for what it is.  They send you the kit and walk you through the steps of installation.  they have always been available to help troubleshoot issues as they arise.  Overall I am pleased with the service.

  • The total cost was whatever the big deal was, 199 dollars. Everything was fine except that they haven't delivered on the gift  card that is associated with it. I called him up 5 times and each time they say that they will resend it but it doesn't show  up. I am having a lot of problems. The product is fantastic but the follow through is horrible. They were very responsive  with the product, it is just that the deal included a gift card and that is the only issue. I would give them 'A's across the  board.

  • The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
    He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!

  • Provider met with me in my home, priced out the system I wanted.  Answered all of my questions and had the system installed in 2 days.  Installer was prompt and professional.  Trained me on the new system.  No problems and I would recommend.

    continued to provide exceptional service. I?m rating A across the board for ASI Alarms for excellent
    alarm system quality (no issues all these years), great customer service (always
    professional/courteous/prompt), and very competitive prices (monthly monitoring
    rate is half of what most other companies charge).
    The first time I used ASI Alarms, they installed a new security
    alarm system at my home which included sensors on all intruder-accessible doors
    and windows, a few strategically-placed motion detectors around the house, and 24x7
    monitoring services. I was very satisfied with the new system and impressed
    with the level of service provided on monitoring.
    Recently, I moved to a house where there was an existing old
    Brinks hardwired alarm system which had all sorts of problems and was no longer
    usable. After spending a lot of time looking into various options with several
    other alarm companies in order to make an informed decision, I found that ASI
    Alarms would be my best choice. At a minimal cost, I had ASI Alarms come over
    to upgrade the existing system. Everything works great now, and it?s like we have
    an entirely new system.
