BRevised Review I did not receive a response to my request for quotation. I so stated in my review on Angie's List and I rated the company F for failure to respond. Subsequent to that review being posted on Angie's List, Nicole Hilton immediately contacted me to explain that a family member was in hospital with Covid 19 at the time of my inquiry. It was Christmastime. She explained that that is why there was no response to my inquiry. She explained that they are a small, family-owned business, the implication being that they do not have the resources of a larger company. I empathize, being the founder and owner of several small businesses in the past myself. I also understand the burdens of attending to business, even under duress. I am writing now to delete the F rating and change it to a B. That rating gives Nicole the benefit of the doubt that, considering I did not receive a response at the time, she would have contacted me to explain, after the crisis had passed, what had happened, even had I not posted the negative review. I hope her family member has fully recovered and I wish her and her business well going forward.

ARecently had Mega Power Electric Inc install solar panels and upgrade my electrical panel. I had multiple quotes for this job and I chose Simply because their price was reasonable, and they have been around for many years. Our consultant, was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the system would work and answering all my questions. The installation and system initiation went according to plan and any questions I have asked were answered quickly by Customer Service. I definitely recommend this company.

AA Lending HandAngela called me the night before the procedure to confirm the time she would pick me up. On the day of the procedure she called again to let me know that she would arrive at my home in 20 minutes. Angela drove to the hospital and signed in with me as I had to have a responsible driver to make sure I got home safely. They gave her a pager and she stayed in the area until I was awake and able to go home. Angela. helped me into her car, fastened my safety belt and made sure I was settled safely in the house before she left.- Marcia K.

AUhaulThey did a good job and they had everything for us. They were real personable. When we would call and ask them questions, if they couldn't answer it right then, they would give us a call back. They just seemed to accommodate what we needed. It is regional, so what's professional is one state isn't necessarily professional in another, but they were fine for their area. APENSKE TRUCK RENTALThey were very clean, up to date trucks. They were right on time and kept me in the loop to let me know when the truck would be available. BAlpine InnThe rooms (I rented two) were clean and comfortable. Given the price and the proximity to the Disney Theme Parks, the rate was excellent! We walked to the Disney and California theme park gates in less 15 minutes. They also offer a continental breakfast and delicious coffee free in the morning. Also there is a CVS pharmacy 50 yards from the hotel and a convenience store right on the corner.- Raymond G.
