ALanderos Roofing SolutionsLanderos roofing is amazing. They were quick and clean when replacing some clay tiles on my roof, and cleaning all of the debris off of the roof. 9 months later when I was selling my home, another roofing company came and did a subpar roof inspection. The Landeros' came back out and inspected the roof for me and took a bunch of photos so the buyers could see there were no issues. And they didn't charge me for the return service almost a year later!! Absolutely amazing people, would highly recommend.- brandon c.

From the very first phone call with Julie, to the end of the work, there wasn't one time I felt as if I was being roped into something unnecessary or excessive. Landers Roofing are exceptional in their work ethics, and their work is done in a very efficient and timely manner. I was so pleased, that I found myself requesting more quotes for things I usually did myself for maintenance, and ended up having them do that work as well. I will no longer be climbing on my roof for gutter cleaning or cleaning and sealing a flat roof area. They've found a repeat customer for the life of their business from me. AClean Gutters IncI called Clean Gutters Inc and talked with Colleen. She was very pleasant on the phone. She asked me some questions, such as the square footage of our house (3,400 sq ft), number of stories (two-story), type of roof (concrete tiles), and whether or not any gutters were higher than 21 feet off the ground (our second story gutters were 20 feet). From this information, she was able to give me an approximate estimate of $350, give or take $50. She said that if I was comfortable with that price range ($300 - $400) then she would put me on the schedule, and Dave would give me the exact cost when he arrived to do the job. The estimate I got from another company was $600. So, even at $400, Clean Gutters Inc was a third less than the other company. I asked Colleen to put me on the schedule. Dave arrived on time on the scheduled day. He was friendly, professional, and ready to start work. The quality of his work was excellent, and he completed the job in a few hours. Dave's technique is safe and efficient. He does not use water to clean the gutters, because he says it just makes a big mess. He gets on the roof and cleans the gutters by hand using a variety of tools, at least one of which he developed and manufactured himself. It looks like a large pair of tongs with scrapers on the ends. He uses it to remove debris from the gutters and to scrape the inside of the gutters. He gathers all the debris in tarps that he carries with him on the roof. Very little dirt ends up on the ground, and he uses a blower to clean that up. I was very happy to find Clean Gutters Inc, and I will definitely hire Dave again next time I need my gutters cleaned.- David S.

AClean Gutters IncI called and left a message the Friday before Easter. The call was returned to me the following Monday. It was a great experience to talk to the nice lady on the phone. She asked me a few questions and gave me a rough estimate. It was a bit more than another company, but I booked it because I was comfortable with her customer service and the amount of time the company has been doing this. When the gentleman showed up to do the gutters I meet with him. We talked for a few moments and he proceeded to start the job. I watched from a distance at several different areas that he was working from. When all was said and done it was a bit more, BUT even I thought that it was going to be more as I saw what he had to do. Wow, puts it very mild. We talked at the end and said that he would have to charge me for the higher part of the phone range. He indicated that it was actually more. I being involved with my family business completely understand balancing out customers and satisfaction. The truth is I was more than satisfied and wrote the check for the amount that it really was. It was only $25 more then the high end of the verbal estimate. The gentleman, told me about getting onto a yearly plan and stated that the price would be such and such. He said that the office would mail out a post card next year and I was price locked. He also stated that next year, he may see that we can go every two years. I am very happy with his honesty so far and will tell everyone that I know about this company and the satisfaction that I received. I will be using them myself on my home next year also. My roof and gutters are new so it wasn't necessary to do mine so soon.- Pete G.

I had this work done over a weekend since it's hard for me to be away from work during the work week. I was surprised that he finished within an hour, since I do have a lot of gutters on the 2nd story. Great job, I experienced no problems with my gutters clogging up during our first rain.- MICHAEL S.

ABirds Window & Gutter CleaningDave showed up at my front door on time and we discussed the cost of having my windows, gutters and roof cleaned. After a thorough walk around, he quoted me a very reasonable price. I asked when he could complete the job and he said immediately. I gave him the go ahead and he and his crew began a very meticulous and thorough cleaning. They were very careful in moving furniture & replaced it as they found it. They also were careful in not disturbing any of the flowers and shrubs. A very professional job that was completed in about a 3 hour period. He noted a leak in one of gutters which he repaired at no extra charge. Nice touch. I would highly recommend Bird's Window Cleaning.- Pete E.

AWe contacted this company to get an estimate. They were very responsive. Received our quote the next day. Bob was very informative and answered all our questions. We contracted with them to do the work and it was completed in the time frame they told us it would be. The system works great. The main reason for going with them was not price, it was because the company is rated as a Platinum Installer by the Manufacture. We were able to get an extended warranty because of it.
