He was able to come the same day I called to assess what needed to be done and very quickly provided me with a quote. After setting the date for the concrete to be poured, he called me to change the date due to changes in the weather that could negatively affect the quality of the work. AR&K Automatic Gate & AccessR & K Gate built and installed my entry gate over 15 years ago and it has operated with regular maintenance flawlessly, until a few weeks ago. I called with a “flair in the air” and was greeted, as always, with genuine concern and a service call was arranged for the following day. Kevin, who is extremely knowledgeable in his craft, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered new repair parts and had my gate operational in less than 48 hours. Over the years I have been in contact with them for extra remotes, ways to increase my remote’s range, and for regular maintenance. I have also referred them to many of my friends and colleagues who have echoed how prompt, professional, and personable they were. I highly recommend them if you are starting with an open driveway and not sure what to do with it which was my case, or you have an existing gate that needs some technical attention. AThis company had a lot of professionalism and was very quick to get back to me. I submitted a quote request from them and they got back to me the same day. I got an appointment with a salesman right away and got a quote the next day. They kept me posted and up to date on when I would get scheduled. Once they came out to start my job they got it done it two days and my fence looks amazing!! Will be sharing there info with my neighbors so they can also get there fences done.

FWe hired them originally and they said they couldn’t natal our garage door for 2 weeks even when we were told it was in stock. 10 days later they said it would be another 2 weeks because it wasn’t in stock! We hired another company immediately and it was installed in 2 days! The same garage door!

AMark and Sandy were very professional. I received a quote within 2 hours. Mark came out and gave us an estimate on Friday and he installed the doors the following Tuesday. Mark had to do special framing since it is an old garage. He spent time explaining how the system works and pointed out all the necessary features. Marks price was reasonable and he made sure to give us his number if any issues or questions came up.
