Anything from those that threw a red flag was quickly taken care off that day. George is truly an expert at his craft and did an amazing job. I will be recommending Acts Appliance Repairs to all of my friends and family needing his services. I also signed up with George and Acts Appliance Repairs for their Membership Maintenance Agreement (MMA) service. He gave me his flyer and as he was working the jobs I looked over it. I saw an immediate value and the savings you get are just incredible. With the amount of money we spend on appliances these days how could you not have a service like this in place to protect them.     Several parts of my fridge were broken. The service person was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, actually soldered and fixed one of the parts to save me money, and checked every detail to make sure it was running perfectly before he left.  He also cleaned up before he left, and was very helpful and friendly.  I plan to call him back to service my a/c.

    I purchased a special coupon through Angie's list for a multi point inspection for my two ac units. The tech was very knowledgeable and new what he was doing. After he performed the test on both units he had some recommendations for the AC units. He also recommended to purchase the maintenance agreement this will allow the tech to come out twice a year and test the AC units. I was very happy with the service and the maintenance agreement.     The repair technician arrived in the time window given, diagnosed the problem with my Kitchenaid DW within minutes and determined my circuit board was faulty and needed to be replaced ( It was visually black - fried).  Since the DW was 13 years old  I made the decision to buy a new one based on the guesstimated to fix it.  I discussed with Matt his experience with repairs of different brand name DWs and which in his opinion were the best.  I also consulted with the latest issue of Consumer Reports and decided to take Matt's advise and buy one of the three brand names requiring the fewest repairs we talked about..  The advise  gathered from our discussion was well worth the $75 service call.  Thank you Matt.  He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.   It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

    The problem was not fixed however they said they would send me a bill so I called to make a new appointment but they never showed up and I never got the bill.  They were nice and I cannot complain.  I called several times but it would not reach anyone or then she could not give me an appointment that was doable because I was fixed on a time line from the gas company so I had to find somebody else.  As for their quality of work, it was kind of weird because I had four different companies here to fix the problem and all of them used like a gas detectors and this company was the only one without a gas detector.  The man told me that they don’t work properly so he used some kind of a pick solution which made bubbles.  So it is hard for me to judge that.  But they could not even repair it.  I won’t call them again.

    Work was fair and good. A little too expensive. This company division was out of Riverside County. I understand that different locations can service much differently than others. I have since found someone local of whom I was extremely impressed with. I would use AIRFLOW again, if necessary and if it's an emergency. If none emergency I would expand my search.

    Tech was Russian.  Not much for small talk but great with being focused on the issue.  He seemed very knowledgable about his work and actually hummed a Christmas song....in August?  They arrived on time, got the job done.  Cleaned up and assisted with relocating the refrigerator back into the space.  I'd taken it out originally.  Thought the pricing was a little too high?  $79.00 for unit replacement in back and $95.00 labor.  Less than an hour for all to be completed.
    He had the parts...that's the big thing.  So frustrating to have an independent guy out and he doesn't have parts? 
    I would recommend this firm for appliance issues.  We have Maytag washer/dryer units that sometimes need to be addressed.  Have always used local guy put he's sinced passed away.
    I would recommend this company again.
