The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. ASOD Home GroupWe hired Oren and SOD Home Group to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our Kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms and bedrooms. Oren was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had questions. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Oren got the job done and we’re thrilled with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project, so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but the bathroom looks beautiful and we’d highly recommend shopping around for tile.- Charles G.

ASOD Home GroupWe recently completed a significant renovation to our house, including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. SOD Home Group did a superb job ensuring this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. Oren, who is unflappable, an excellent communicator, led the renovation and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation, but Oren allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Oren and his team’s wealth of experience came handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller. One bathroom was really dark and felt closed in. Oren suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds, and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a tremendous difference, opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I sit this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on extra costs but would work together to find excellent solutions that were reasonable. Oren would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Oren’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion, but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire SOD Home Group team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Oren and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.- Gerald B.

ASOD Home GroupI've been through my share of remodels and almost all of the experiences took more time, more money...you know the story. And then our house had water damage which was uninhabitable. Despite solid insurance, the moment the tests came back positive for mold and sewage, we knew this was going to be a complete move out, demo and remodel. I had 3 other bids come back and I chose Oren with SOD Home Group. Oren was a very open communication, direct eye contact, honest opinions, quick problem solving, and most of all, they took care of us when COVID hit and the building shut down to all contractors. Even though we had weeks left on our schedule to get the job done, Oren and his team were able to made it happen (the entire remodeling) without any changes to the original plans. AI would rate Eagle between excellent and good. Overall they did a great job cleaning the store and the windows! The only reason I would rate them between excellent and good is that they were supposed to stop by the store in order to give me a quote, and didn’t call the day they missed going to the store to reschedule to give me a quote. I called them to reschedule to get the quote. Regardless of being busy, once a day and time are set to provide a quote, if they can not make it, they need to call and let the customer know and reschedule. Otherwise, they did a great job. The day of the service they texted to let me know they would be delayed so that was excellent communication. I then let them know I had to leave a certain time, and they got to me sooner than they had rescheduled for which was great! Price was fair and reasonable. At the store they were professional, followed Covid 19 protocol, respectful, hard working and great to deal with. Positive can do attitudes! I would definitely call them again.

AMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.

ACalPreserving was the total deal! I didn't know what all we needed and all the serves Iooked at seemed to offer only a piece of the puzzle, such as just power washing, or construction, or staining. This group did it all. The initial visit to assess the issues was informative and helpful. We could see our choices. They offered sound advice and looked at ways to save us money where it was possible. We ended up replacing about half the boards on the oldest deck. The finished product on both decks looks amazing -- like new. The workmen were thoughtful, knowledgeable, hard working, and polite. I was impressed that they even followed up with tips on maintaining the decks for years to come. I will definitely have them back every couple of years just to check on the decks and preserve the investments we have made in them. My highest recommendation.

From the very beginning he was timely, professional and overall a pleasure to work with.
