ASOD Home GroupWe highly recommend SOD Home Group for any large construction project. After finishing my excellent research about them, we hired them to make some significantly large repairs to our home. Oren was very up front about what needed to be done, and he listened to our concerns and ideas of what we need and want and then came up with a super detailed plan of what needed to be done. We found Oren as a very honest, professional, easy to work with person, competent, and extremely knowledgeable about his trades. Oren was present and working with his teams almost all the time they were present. Oren always answered his phone right away whenever we had questions (and believe us we had so many questions and comments). Our repairs and construction job required expertise in many aspects of construction at our home. From framing, waterproofing, stucco, structural repairs, tile work, drywall painting etc. all of which got done in a great and timely manner. We do a lot of our own repairs , and have had many contractors doing projects too, but we found SOD Home Group to be by far the best construction company we have ever seen or worked with. Their prices are fair, their work is excellent, on time, clean and the quality is fantastic. Oren is knowledgeable about whatever he is working on and always kept me updated on whatever aspect of the job he was working on. A wonderful person to work with. If you want a job completed with no stress and the assurance you are getting it done right, then we feel strongly that SOD Home Group is the one to call.- Pavan K.

ASOD Home GroupWe had such a positive experience with SOD Home Group, especially in working with Oren that we feel the need to write a review in case if someone else out there is searching for the same type of work on their home or even just a good construction company/contractor to work with. Prior to SOD Home Group, we worked with another contractor who not only didn’t deliver but took off with our money. We then contacted other contractors hoping they can do the job or recommend someone who is reliable to do the work, but it turns out they can only perform smaller projects. We decided to just give up on our vision of having a complete remodeling project of our home all together since it was too difficult to find someone who could take on the job and be trustworthy. But every time we looked at the wall it bothered us, I know first world problems, so we gave it one last shot. We sent a request out to multiple construction companies and SOD Home Group was one of the few who responded. When Oren came for the initial consultation, he was very well prepared, knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of details on what was involved (permits, inspections, cost, etc) so we knew we would move forward with SOD Home Group because of him. Long story short, we couldn’t be happier to have worked with him. He was very proactive and transparent throughout the entire process, updating us on timelines and of any delays. The best part of all is that any concerns we had or imperfection that we pointed out, he happily addressed them and got them corrected until we were happy with the results. Overall, the experience was impressive and we couldn’t be happier. For any future projects on home, SOD Home Group would definitely be our go to. Thanks SOD Home Group and Oren! AEverlast ConstructionAriel has been a dream to work with. We had to fire our last contractor as he was just too slow! Ariel came in and did a HUGE remodel in three months. This included: bathrooms, painting interior exterior, foundation work around the entire house, pavers, pool, outdoor kitchen, flooring, etc After feeling like we had the right team on our hands, we hired them again for a kitchen remodel! The kitchen included demoing of a wall, moving the sink from the wall to the island, whole new design! a ton of electrical and plumbing work,countertop, backsplash, etc. The beauty about Ariel is that not only does he do quality work, you can actually get a hold of him- and within hours! If you've ever or never done a construction job on your home, communication is one of the biggest areas that people complain the most about. Ariel is upfront, responsive, and dependable- and very reasonable financially. He's also pretty creative and solution oriented. We had a Ariel made me feel valued as a customer as well, which, you just don't really get in this industry. It's a relief to finally treat someone with kindness and get it in return! All in all, we wouldn't think twice about going with another contractor for our home remodeling needs. We are so happy a neighbor recommended him as we'd probably still be looking for good contractor.- Anthony P.

AEverlast ConstructionWe hired Everlast Construction for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Ofer, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic within our budget and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Ofer always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and the other contractors completely. Everlast Construction took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Ofer also took us to everlast showroom. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Everlast Construction for other improvement projects in the future.- stuart k.

ASOD Home GroupSOD Home Group did a large scale remodeling project at our house. The remodeling included most of the sections like kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, patio driveway and more…. They did a fabulous job. Oren and his large team of people proved to us how they knows what they are doing. After we interviewing several companies for this large project, we had to go by different companies reps which most of them did wonderful advertising but failed to perform. SOD Home Group are by far very professional & well oriented. We worked with the pre-set schedule that was provided to us by Oren and all the changes that came up during the actual work, were given with an update. All the employees worked with masks indoor and they were very respectful of personal space. Our house is now complete and looks like new. We look forward for our next project with them.- John B.

ASOD Home GroupWe were so fortunate to find SOD home group to redesign our house. It has been a while since we did any remodeling or updates. Oren was attentive to each and every detail during the work. The type of materials, the paint of the walls, the combination of the cabinets and more and more… were picked up one by one to deliver us a ‘look like new‘ home. The whole coordination of who will work and when, what will they do daily, weekly and monthly – was managed by Oren. The office staff always made sure that the schedule and perfection are the top priority and they kept informing us regarding each and every step of the work. We cannot thank all the people who did the work and manage to complete it on time even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. ASOD Home GroupWe hired Oren and SOD Home Group to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our Kitchen, guest bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms and bedrooms. Oren was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had questions. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Oren got the job done and we’re thrilled with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project, so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but the bathroom looks beautiful and we’d highly recommend shopping around for tile.- Charles G.

AExcellent service!! Professional, on-time, respectful, got right to work, finished in shorter time than estimated. Exceptionally clean, used floor/wall coverings, had covers on shoes, vacuumed. Took pictures of before and after. Cleaned out my attic, sanitized, sealed air leaks, replaced insulation, and sealed all squirrel access holes. Written estimate with all parts of the job listed. No hidden costs or estimate revisions. The whole team wore masks. Why do I love this company and hire them again? I get to sleep tonight without hearing the squirrels tearing up my attic. Well done gentlemen!!

AGreat. They came out within three days of requesting the quote. Quickly assessed the problem (same as another company did but in 1/5 of the time) explained the problem and solutions, quoted me a price that was 2k less than the other company while also doing more work. I wound up deciding to go with about half of the work (it all needs to be done but I can do alot of things myself), and they worked with me to make that possible. By the time all was said and done it was completed in a 1/3 of the time, for half the money, with more work done, than the other company I quoted, all with the exact same warranties in place. Couldn't be happier and will definitely call them again if I need any more work done.

AThe easiest solar installation experience you'll have. The team took care of everything through email until the day of pre-install, installation and inspection. They worked around my schedule to get my system installed. They took care of permits, SCE approvals and city inspection. Their installation team was very professional but also very easy to talk to since I asked them a bunch of questions about how everything gets put in. You don't have to worry about anything once you give Mega Power the green light.

AI would give 6 stars if the option was available. It was the easiest decision I've made, and I am so happy with my bathroom renovation. This project consisted of demolition, rebuilding, new sink, and a new bathtub.. basically a new everything. Nick from Everlast Construction was great to work with. He provided options, understood what we wanted from the start and did little extras that many others would overlook. The details inside the bathroom are now complimented by everyone who walks in there! They create beautiful, stunning work.
