We met with Aviv and his head of team and looked at the many samples for our kitchen remodeling project. On the second meeting, and after we decided on what we wanted them to do at our house, we discussed and agreed on the proceed and schedule times for when the work was going to start and how it was going to proceed for the finished kitchen. AFive Star Garage Door ServiceWent great. JT was great. He looked like he'd had a long day and was still happy to explain the issue. Garage door was stuck open with cables dangling from another company's poor choice of bearings the week before. 5 star was fast, identified the issue right away and also diagnosed that the new spring noises were fixable with some wd40. viola, door is working great now with almost no noise for an old chain style opener. AWonderful. Luis H. Perfirio, Jaime and Ismael spent two full days removing and then installing a total of 8 windows and the two doors. They kept the worksite clean and safe to walk through. When they finished one could not tell that five of the windows required new stucco around them... it was blended in with the existing stucco perfectly. I highly recommend future jobs for them to perform. Two items need to be addressed...the sliding door handle interferes with the plantation shutters as does the trim on both sides of the doorway.

APretty well overall. First team was on time and performed estimate. Several different teams had to visit site to complete the job. One team had only a motor but not springs. Another had springs but no motor. Neither had correct control button. Final team needed to adjust springs put in by first team, but eventually installation completed.

Greg noticed that one of my doors had extreme dry rot around the frame and I told him that I was desperate to get that repair made ASAP. Greg installed a brand new Anderson Coastal sliding glass door ASAP. So glad I called Greg especially after this rainy season. I couldn't have waited a week longer - seriously! He efficiently solved my problem. Greg worked with me all the way through the project and I couldn't recommend his services highly enough!
