    I've been going to them for years. I remember the price was quite a bit, but there were a lot of things that were done at the same time. I'm happy with them. They're very nice. They're very good. They even give me a ride back to my house and wherever else if I needed. I've had no complaints with them. I trust them. There are times when I thought something needed to be done. They check it out and say it's fine which they could have probably told me "Okay, yeah. That needs to be changed". I've been using them for five or six years now.

    I use those guys about every 3 months. Their pricing I would give an A. The quality I would give a B. I would say to get an A, they have to be a little more professional because they are pretty good and mind the cleanliness of their waiting room. They are kind of nonchalant.

    We had noticed an oil leak on our car found these guys on Angie's list and took the car to them to try to get the problem fixed. They were very nice and really seemed eager to help they went right on to the job and happily got it fixed the price was not what I was hoping but I've heard worse so I content with it. Wonderful job by these guys would most likely bring my car back in the future when need be.

    When I called, they scheduled me for the next day. I was lucky because they called me back later that day and said they had a cancellation so they were actually able to fit me in that day, the same day I called! They came out to my home to do the service. The guy who came out was communicative. It took him an hour to an hour and half to complete the repairs. They weren't the cheapest, but I was most attracted to the fact that they could come out to house. I would recommend this company!

    I called them before I went in to see if I needed an appointment and they said no. they said it would be about half an hour. When I went in, I found them to be very courteous. They did the smog test and sent it electronically to the DMV. They were very nice and very accommodating. I would use them again.

    I bought a pre owned 2000 Honda Accord from this dealership. It took me more than 3 months to get the registration & ownership title because of incomplete information/documents submitted by the dealership. I did not know that there was a problem until I called the DMV and learned the issuance of the new tille of ownership is pending because of incomplete information/documents.  When I called Penske Toyota I was transfered from one department to another. The people that I talked to are either giving me the wrong  information because they don't know the answer or they don't care. I even sent them an email but  there was no response.  After several calls one person- "Chas" was able to help me. I guess if you buy a pre owned vehicle in this dealership you are on your own once you leave the dealership parking lot..

    Recommended by father in law. Got there. Very quiet guy. Spoke mostly spanish. Hard to understand. He was pretty quick about it (two weeks) and we thought it was going to be three. VERY FAR, though, but a nice guy.

    Pro Auto Appearance
    Don did such a great job the car looks like new! I had previously gotten an estimate for just the damage to the bumper from another auto repair shop and was quoted $506.00 but then remembered Angie's List and found to my surprise a mobile auto repair called Pro Auto Appearance. They had such great reviews and I didn't have to drop off my vehicle and leave it for the day or overnight. I was so pleased that Don from Pro Auto quoted me $350 for the bumper and just another $200 to repair the quarter panel. The other body shop gave me some song and dance about the damage to the quarter panel being extensive and having to put two men on it and painting the entire quarter panel as the new painted area would be so conspicuous, which at that point I said and quot;forget the quarter panel then!and quot;.
    The work done by Pro Auto was meticulous. Done in a very timely manner with the utmost professionalism that I regret only getting 2 cards, which have already been given out.
    I very highly recommend Pro Auto Appearance to everyone!
    By the way, the car with the damage is a 2006 Mustang that belongs to my son and he is extremely pleased with the outcome. He said, and quot;Boy Mother! I really love driving my car again!and quot;

    I went to the shop for a smog emission test. My car initially failed the test due to excessive carbon emission. Byung "Brian" Kim (shop owner/technician) told me that all I need was a new catalytic converter inorder to pass the smog test. I went to a muffler shop and had a new catalytic converter installed. I went back to shop, had it re-tested  and my car passed. Brian did not charge me for the re-test.
    Brian is knowledgeable with regard to smog test problems and tries hard to help car owners pass the test inorder for them to save money.

    I have used them several times before, but I did get them originally from Angie's List. They had to replace a rotor so that made it a little pricey. Overall, it went very good. I took the car over, and then they brought me back and dropped me off. When it was finished, they had a driver come over, pick me up, and take me back. It was very convenient. I did not have to find a ride over. I liked that they seemed very thorough, and I think their price was pretty good. They just seem to do a good work. I had good luck with them so far. They are very good.
