I am 7 months pregnant all the way in Los Angeles, CA and my husband and I had to do a virtual closing and send Maria and her team out to our new property that haven't been to yet to deep clean and sanitize and wow were they AMAZING!!!! Literally, from facetime and then in person the place is SPOTLESS!! Before we arrived we could feel via facetime how clean this place was, and after entering it felt like a dream!!!! I’m willing to pay $700 for the cleaning of my new Apartment, I think this is a reasonable price since it’s just a 5 bed room apartment, it shouldn’t take more than a day or 2 for you to have the Apartment cleaned. You will be provided with the date and time by my Landlord, as soon as I’m done making payments to you for the cleaning. My Landlord will be taking you to the Apartment in person immediately i contact him that i have finally paid for the cleaning service. The remaining funds you will be sending to the Landlord is the balance payment for the Apartment cause am just moving in, I’m only doing this because I’m presently out of the states for a Seminar and which am of the Facilitator, and i want things to go smooth and perfect before my return. ANancy's Cleaning ServicesWe just moved into our home and the wet spaces were filthy from the renters who stayed in the home before we bought it. Patricia and Erica were amazing they cleaned it the best that they could to make the wet spacing usable. The toilets, certain areas in the bathrooms, and kitchen stove needed deep cleaning and that is what they did. Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

CI’ve been a client of Nidia’s for a little over a year now. It started off well, my only complaint for the better part of a year was that her ladies would show up extremely late. Often a half hour to two hours past an agreed upon time. It never really bothered me all that much, not enough to gripe about it or enough to terminate services as their quality of work was fair and if the job got done, then why bother? But today I have decided to terminate this service relationship permanently. Today, I had service scheduled and when the ladies were nearly finished, I received a text from Nidia advising me of a $25 price increase, which she had not brought to my attention prior to the scheduled cleaning. I told her I only had what we originally agreed upon upwards of a year ago in cash, which included the tip for her girls. She insisted that I pay her the new price that she sprung on me last minute. I asked her if she could please honor our previous agreed upon price and still she insisted that I pay her the new amount. Obviously, this is very upsetting and extremely unprofessional. Fortunately, my husband came home and was able to give me a little extra cash that he had in his wallet, but that left out a significant amount of the tip for her girls, who then gave me a hard time as I usually tip them very well. I obviously apologized profusely and let them know it was due to a miscommunication. I am extremely embarrassed by this whole ordeal and would advise against hiring this woman for services.
