AEuropean Personal Touch Cleaning ServiceMaria and her team are UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!! WOW!! WOW!! I am 7 months pregnant all the way in Los Angeles, CA and my husband and I had to do a virtual closing and send Maria and her team out to our new property that haven't been to yet to deep clean and sanitize and wow were they AMAZING!!!! Literally, from facetime and then in person the place is SPOTLESS!! Before we arrived we could feel via facetime how clean this place was, and after entering it felt like a dream!!!! AValley Carpet CleaningI am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Luis cleaned and regrouted a marble tiled bathroom floor, restored a marble vanity top that was etched with water marks, and restored a marble dining room table that had a heat-etched ring stain. He also removed the old grout and regrouted the seams between countertops and back splashes and between backsplashes and walls throughout the kitchen. Luis was very professional and friendly and cleaned up the areas where he worked. I was initially a bit reluctant to select this company for marble restoration because of the name but I'm glad I did.- Deborah T.

AOC Marble RestorationLuis, Mercado came and fixed the crack. It no longer shows! It took a lot of work, removing the rusted rod in that part of the granite. Luis, carefully took everything apart, cleaned it all, "epoxyed" everything back to together and now the granite in front of the sink is back to its former glory. It was a long all day process! Luis worked professionally. He is very neat and everything was left extremely clean and tidy afterwards. He also cleaned and polished the other counter not affected by this crack. My 11 year old counter looks new again! If you have such a situation, I highly recommend OC Marble Restoration to review your situation. buying a new counter is not always affordable. OC Marble Restoration is a good place to start evaluating a solution to your problem. Lastly, The price of the repair was reasonable considering the amount of work done and the complexity of the problem. I highly recommend OC Marble Restoration! Fthey never mopped the living room floor. there was dust in all the corners of the room. they used all MY products and steamer. they used my best dishtowels as rags. the end tables in livingroom (glass) weren't even been clean. they only stayed 1 hour and 45 min. they di if n't touch the entertainment center. the bathtub was filthy.

BAside from the crew showing up an hour late, everything else went fine. They were professional and cleaned the carpet well. I was very pleased with the results. However, I do expect a crew to show up on time without having to call the company and inquire as to where they are. The owner of the company at first didn't seem to realize that I had an appointment. Once he found it, a crew was dispatched. Unfortunately, that threw my schedule off by an hour. The quality of the work was good, and the crew was capable and friendly, but I need a carpet cleaning company that is reliable.

ATechnician was friendly and professional. He took the time to really work on the dirtiest parts of my carpet. Estimate time for carpet drying was 10 hours. That was right on point. If you would like a carpet protector put on, ask for that to be added to your quote. I did not do that and had to pay more at the end of the cleaning. I would hire Zerorez again. Thanks.
