AFeraru & Associates Building & Design IncFeraru & Associates was referred to me by a friend who had used them previously. I called and left a message which was returned promptly. The work I required included replacing numerous light fixtures and ventilation fans, adding/moving some electrical outlets, installing an attic fan, installing crown molding and painting the interior of the house. Sorin came over twice to go over the job, and made sure everything was covered in his quote. Once work started, everything was coordinated perfectly, so that the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Sorin's team was prompt, professional, courteous, and most importantly, they did a fantastic job. They took care of everything that we discussed, and also made suggestions on things that they thought I should be aware of. They cleaned up every day before leaving, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The quality of their workmanship was top-notch. AA Quality ConstructionWe just finished our master bathroom remodeling project. We got several estimates from a variety of people but we selected A quality construction because of the perfect meeting we had with Alister (who was our project manager). Alister listened to what we wanted and needs and he gave us clear and perfect planning execution for the work. They definitely met all the goals that we set and we are very happy with the results. Because we were very happy, we decided to have them re-wire our house and to do a paint job as well. The crews were professional and they complete the work within the time frame. On the other hand, Alister visited our house often and he had excellent communication channel between the crews and us. All around outstanding service. Would use this company again.- Rolly L.

ASUMMIT DRYWALL & PAINTINGWhen I hired John Everhart, I told him that the texture on my walls was a very heavy texture and that I was concerned about getting a perfect match. John told me that no one could guarantee a perfect match, but he would get it as close as possible. Well, it turned out that the work was as close to perfection as one could get...and I am very picky. When the workers first arrived, they made sure to lay out plastic and paper to protect my floors and the non work areas. Keeping my house clean and undamaged was very high on their priority list. The workers were extremely nice, polite and very professional. They willingly answered my questions and John was very good about quickly responding whenever I wanted to contact him. The drywall was put on with NO nail holes or tape lines showing through the finished product. The best part was the texture. How a wall is textured can make or break the finished product. All of the pre-existing fears I had about having to forever look at walls containing visible drywall patches, were quickly dispelled as I beheld the finished product. The worker responsible for applying the texture was truly masterful in his workmanship and applied the texture in such an expert manner, that even my super critical eyes could not see where the old and and new texture began and ended. If I had not seen my walls beforehand, I would have never known that there were ever any repairs done. In addition, at the end of each workday, I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean they left the work areas. I would recommend this company to my friends and family without hesitation and I would hire them again. This company was truly a joy to work with. A+++
