    Center Termite & Pest Control Inc
    We've been customers of Center Termite for a few years and we've maintained an annual contract with them for termite control. The inspectors have always been friendly and courteous, but the actual treatment has been questionable and the "front desk" is problematic. As to the termite treatment, it's hard to tell how effective it is. What we do know is that when we go into the garage or the attic or other areas they've treated, their chemicals have streaked the vertical surfaces, leaving an unsightly residue which I always have to remove a few days later. I thought a professional service would have a less conspicuous treatment that wouldn't leave visible residue. But we've just shrugged it off for years. We recently asked them to treat an ant infestation in our kitchen. We had to wait two weeks for an appointment (standard with them) and have recently discovered there are some outfits that will send someone within a day or two. We were also told that to treat the interior, we'd have to remove food and pets for a few hours. This is not practical for us, so they said they could just treat the exterior and under the house, and it should be perfectly effective. We agreed to this. After two weeks, the inspector came and treated. The cost was $143. However, the ants stuck around. We kept waiting, thinking maybe it would take a while for the treatment to take effect, all the while debating when it was time to call Center and tell them it was still a problem. After four weeks, we realized the ants weren't going away, and now they were in our food in the pantry. On Monday, July 30, I called Center to ask for another appointment, assuming we were still under warranty. That's when I learned the work carried a 1-month warranty and since it was done on June 28, and I was calling on July 30, the warranty had expired and we'd have to pay for the repeat service (and they could send someone out in two weeks)! Yes, I'm sure this is all in the small print, and that technically they are right, but the line that really annoyed me was when the young woman said, "Even if we wanted to do it under warranty, the 'system' won't let us." I hate when human beings tell you that their computer or their "system" won't allow them to do what's right. I asked to speak with her supervisor, who held the position that the warranty expired two days earlier (over the weekend), and she repeated the talking point about how their "system" wouldn't allow them to make an exception. I said, "Well, since your system is obviously the boss of you, can I please speak with your system?" She said that she was the one who made the decisions. I replied that she had just said her system wouldn't let her do it, so doesn't that make "the system" the real decision maker? This was all leading nowhere, of course, so I gave up, and said I wanted to cancel the remainder of our annual termite contract and receive a pro-rated refund for the time left on the contract. But we had purchased the renewal on March 7 and it carries until next March and they don't do pro-rated refunds for cancelled contracts. I guess the "system" won't allow it. So we are now researching a new termite/pest control that is not a slave to their system. A lot of places pass themselves as mom-and-pop, family owned businesses, but when human beings can't (or won't) make reasonable decisions on behalf of long term customers, and choose to blame it on technology, Game Over. Center Termite is canceled.

    I had already received an inspection and quote from another company. I wanted a few other quotes to see if I could bring that quote down. I was taken aback by the reason I was given when I was contacted and told that my initial appointment had to be rescheduled. However, the representative who came to give me my second quote was knowledgable. He explained in detail what would be done to treat for the termites. He answered my questions clearly. When he left I understood what I could expect. The guys who later came to perform the treatment gave me a heads up on what to expect (the noise in particular). When the treatment was completed I was given specifics about what they observed while applying the treatment, and showed me what they did. The only thing I didn't expect was that everything in the garage would be pulled into the middle of the room and left there. While I was disappointed by that, I understood that the sections of the concrete that had been drilled needed to remain uncovered because things were still wet. All in all I was extremely pleased with their work.

    Accuracy Plus Termite & Pest Control
    John came out and gave me the quote. He was very reassuring that my damage would be taken care of quickly. His price was GREAT. I didn't need to call other places. Plus I love the Bora-Care treatment which didn't require that we tent the house. So we stayed there safely with our dogs in the house while repairs and treatments were done. The crew (Jarrett, Jacob and Fausto) came on time and were professional and did everything that was stated. They were polite and helpful. I am very happy with their work. The treatment involves making tiny holes in the stucco. Since I am planning to re-stucco, they only needed to fill the holes. But if I needed it they would have finished by painting to match so the work would be transparent. I am very happy and this was all resolved faster, easier and cheaper than I expected. If you need termite repairs and treatment, these are the people to call!

    It was pretty pricey. On the price, it's was pretty pricey. They use organic pesticide that doesn't kill animals and stuff. It's a little pricey, but I think it's worth it because all of the review I saw. We didn't run the price, they offer a year guarantee and after that, it's a real small discount for recurring deposit. The quality is good.

    I had to have them come back and redid my garage. They said they would do my garage when I empty it. I had termite issues. Cleaned up after themselves. They used stuff that I believe is going to be long lasted. They used Termidore. A combination. They eat the wood literally. I believe its better than painting. They eat it and take it home. The poison kills them. That is amazing.

    I was looking for a local company and was very fortunate to have found Kevin. He was very responsive and addressed my issues. He constructed a new crawl space screen that should prevent any unwanted critters from entering my home. He also treated an area next to my home to address subterranean termites. I strongly recommend Mills Pest Management, and won't hesitate to call Kevin should I have anymore issues.

    They did fine. They did great. It's $300-400 for the initial visit. And then they show up every quarter, and that's $150 every time they shop up. But they actually fixed the problem. It definitely worked. They eradicated it.

    Was initially impressed with the thorough inspection and treatment. However the contract terms and payment was fraudulent. Only was offered a financing option and when asked why they stated it was cheaper and would come with monthly spraying for other bugs such as ants which we did need. After the termite treatment however this part of the deal there was no record of and multiple attempts were made to contact to rectify the situation. Finally they agree to the monthly service but only after trying to bill us extra. Of course, after the monthly service we were charged extra for it!. Stay away from any financing and don't buy "computer troubles" as an excuse for not seeing everything in writing from this company (terminix is who brought them out)
