Branden, Dominic, and Ocean helped with our move. We had two pick ups and they were on time for both, flexible with time, very quick and efficient. Our final stop was a drop off. The guys did not mind waiting while we made slight placement decisions. Nothing in the move was damaged or broken, they wrapped furniture and paintings for the move which was very helpful and costs little. Overall we had a great experience with the guys and the company. We have used this company multiple times and we’ve been very satisfied every time.

Worst experience of my life. Nightmare! I spent a lot of money for professional movers . I got a couple high school kids (yes still in High School!) and one guy a bit older who were untrained, unprofessional and damaged everything they touched. They damaged all of my property! Incompetent is too kind a word for these people. They damaged the interior and exterior of the old building I moved from. They broke the interior oak stairs of the new location. All three of them standing on one stair, a small refrigerator on a dolly. They never finished the move. Everything was left on first floor. They blocked the closet with heavy furniture. Chests of drawers left facing walls backwards. Large furniture pieces left in middle of the room Upside Down! They left me with an untenable mess. They left furniture outside on the patio, and of course it rained for the next few days. They did not perform the job that they were hired for. I still need to hire movers to place my furniture. They company has done quite a job of putting me off about claims and damages. I paid for extra insurance. So far I’m in a loop of endless paper work. They have not addressed the fact that their staff was untrained and DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE I PAID FOR. The one good person in this disaster story is the independent contractor that they did send out to repair the damaged stairs and to touch up some of my heinously damaged furniture. This took over three weeks to occur, so during that time I had to hope over the broken stairs inside constantly. Never trust these people with your property!

This is the first time I have used professional movers and I have to let everyone know how pleased I was. First of all I was worried about being swindled with the costs but when my two movers arrived they were professional and wasted no time. They packed my belongings carefully and handled my massive wardrobe without a mishap. This was all completed within my two hour time frame. I will without a doubt use Shleppers again!!

I was given an ultimatum of time and place for the PICK-UP of my car. The driver a Mr Wen from United Auto Trans either did not speak english or was not particularly literate, so, there was no conversation about location or time. When I told him neither time or location would work, he suggested I "get freind" for the pickup. Being new to the town I made it clear I had no such "friend" in town particularly one who could wait in the street for the 3 hour window given to me. The car was so dirty I couldn't even begin to check for damage(Luckily after a wash it was clear there was not). I am not a man who likes being given ultimatums particularly when I purchase an item or service this expensive

I engaged this company for a cross country move. I have done this move 2 other times in the last 6 years. It cost me thousands more than the last two moves AND I was forced to leave 50% of my belongings behind. The move cost was $2500+ more dollars than the initial bid. Prior to the move I was contacted several times "returning phone calls" I never made. The woman seemed inexperienced and confused. That should have been an indication that something was amiss. When the job was estimated I was told that I would be purchasing 6 garment boxes and boxes to wrap my paintings, lamps and antique wall hangings. When I unpacked the garment boxes I discovered they were used (Names Sheila and Aaron marked on them...and it's just me, no Sheila or Aaron at my house) and the boxes were very damaged. I found used shoe covers in the bottom of one of the garment boxes. All of my paintings and wall hangings were loose when they arrived (apparently never been boxed) and my Tiffany lamp which they boxed was broken!! I am also missing 2 boxes. One of which has 18 Fiestaware Salad Plates and 18 Fiestaware Coffee cups. You can't even replace those! Where are they? Upon my arrival back east I had a medical emergency in which my animal that travel cross country with me, died. I needed to pay cash for his medical services. I explained to the company that due to this unforeseen emergency I was unable to accept my items on 11/2 the delivery because I did not have cash. You cannot use credit card on the receiving end. They still called on 11/2 and asked if I could borrow money from someone so they could do the delivery. (Seriously who has $3500 in cash sitting around to borrow?) I have just driven alone 3 days cross country to move to a new city, to a new job, my pet has has convulsions and died. I have told this moving company since 10/31 I would not be able to take delivery because of the cash paid to the emergency vet. I am just a bit stressed and the moving company lady first gives me the wrong information and then calls later and provides me with contradictory information regarding the the missed delivery. It was going to cost another $1250 because the items were stored in another state. But during all those painful phone calls I thought I arranged to have my belongings delivered on 11/7. I had spoken to the company at least 3 times a day since 11/2. My items arrived 11/15. Some damaged and missing. I am appalled by the unprofessional and uncaring service I received. These people should not be in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough positive things about the crew. They were efficient, quick, and did not damage anything. I was very happy with the movers they sent for my move. They were hard workers, polite and nice to be around. They moved my stuff with the utter most care. The way they kept their cool and managed to deal with so many problems and still presented me a timely, damage free and stress free move was simply amazing. Treated us with such respect, Don't hesitate- they're a great choice.

The guys were friendly, on time, and easy to work with. I appreciated their assistance with separating the bowes, and opening them on request to better assist where to exactly move the boxes. This team worked well together and I would ask for them again on my next move.

Moving can be very stressful but not with Prodigy. Fernando was the foreman- and did an excellent job, as did the other 3 movers! He understood my particular needs, including my concern for certain furniture that could have easily gotten damaged during a move, and made sure everything was taken care of. It was 100 degree heat on moving day, and was a hard day to work, but the guys did a great job from beginning to end. At every step along the way, from scheduling with Abby, to follow up calls from the company, to Fernando on moving day- I was always aware of everything involved- costs, time estimates, next steps, etc. It was more expensive than I had hoped- but not because of Prodigy's pricing- it was because the guys had to pack up more of my stuff than I anticipated- and they did a good job trying to keep the things they packed organized so I could find things later. Most importantly in the whole experience- nothing was damaged- that has happened to me on previous moves with other movers. They even protected the floors from damage when they had to disassemble and re-assemble some furniture. They were very careful with all my belongings- and the interior of both homes. I would hire Prodigy again on my next move- and request Fernando as foreman.

This was our second time using Prodigy Moving and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The entire process was seamless. Iliya came out to my house to provide me with a quote within one day of calling their office. The day of the move, our movers arrived promptly at the start of the time window they provided and quickly got to work. Marcos and his team were amazing! Super friendly, patient with my requests (and need to move things around a number of times), and really hustled to get all of our items in the truck. It happened to be one of the hottest days in record in LA and these guys never complained once. They took such great care of our belongings and I'm happy to report that not one item was damaged during the process. First class all the way! Veronica followed up with me right after the move to check in and make sure everything went smoothly. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I highly recommend them for your move!
