My kitchen was very outdated and probably the original kitchen from when my house was built in 1965. It was just terrible looking. I mean there was even paneling on the walls. I contacted LG Builders and they set someone over to my house to go over my kitchen and work with me to design a new kitchen. The kitchen in my house was gloomy looking and there wasn't much counter space. After working with Leo and Dylan, we put together exactly what I wanted. In fact, because there is a lot of kitchen space, I could get an island, as well. The guys who worked in my kitchen worked professionally, proficiently and were courteous. Everyone was very pleasant and made me feel I made a good decision. The kitchen remodeling decision was well worth it once it was finished. I cannot even believe this is the same room. It came out beautiful and is very modern looking. There is so much more cabinet and counter space. I love it! Thank you, LG Builders, so much! I cannot wait to have my next dinner party.

    YS Remodeling & Design
Finding a good contractor now a days is extremely difficult. I have been looking to remodel my kitchen for years, but never truly felt comfortable moving forwards with ones that Ive met. By mere coincidence, I found Y.S. Remodeling & Design remodeling my neighbors house and decided to give them a try. Yoel came out and listened to what I was looking for, offering many design options. He walked me through different ideas I cld put into the kitchen, each having different functions. He was very knowledgable in terms of what to do and what not to do. What made me feel comfortable with Yoel was that he was very honest and straightforward. He was guiding throughout this entire process, in ways that were much more beneficial and cost effective to me. I love the turnout of my all white kitchen, and cant stop receiving compliments. Already recommended YS Remodeling to a friend, who hes currently doing their bathroom. Thank you Yoel for everything and looking forward to doing many more jobs with you in the future!

    Superior Home Remodeling
Superior Home Remodeling recently remodeled our kitchen. Isaac was our project manager and he was really great, very honest and very helpful. His crew was also fantastic, they worked hard every day to finish kitchen on promised time. The final outcome was excellent, beautiful design and very good functionality. The price was same as we agreed at the start of the project. Highly recommend Isaac and Superior Home Remodeling!

    Paragon Builders
Guy was a true gem to work with! I had read some of the reviews and liked what was said and he did not disappoint! I wanted a professional company at a fair price and I needed the work done ASAP as my 88 year old mother is nearly blind and I am worried about her safety in her home. Guy came, did an assessment and walk through and had a quote to me within two days. He had two of his team members come to do the job and he even showed up to check the work, which I thought was really great since it was a fairly small job for him. I like that he knew how important it is for us to make sure our aging parents can feel safe in their own home. I was glad the job happened so quickly as I had great concerns about a potential fall for my mother. I would highly recommend Guy and his team. Very professional and efficient. As a woman who has run her own business for over 20 years, I really appreciate professionalism is business dealings and Guy is a testament to that!

    AP construction & remodeling inc
This company delivers! Aviv was our contractor, very amiable and low pressure. We wanted a total redo of our kitchen using basically same footprint. Aviv estimated it would take a month from start to finish,et voila done in 4 weeks. Ron was our project manager he assisted with design and coordinated all the workers. He was very responsive to our needs. Home was left on great shape. Will use them again for another project!

    The House Next Door
To Whom It May Concern: It has now been well over three years and our kitchen remodel has never been completed. We have not been contacted in over 2 years regarding the completion. This remodel has been LESS than satisfactory. Listed below are our grievances: 8/31/15 - We discussed with the salesman, Ron, what we wanted in the kitchen and the price we could afford. He eventually agreed and we asked if he needed to see the electrical box or anything else. He did not. 9/3/15 After the kitchen had been demolished and $5500.00 had been collected from us, Ron finally looked in the electrical panel box and decided an additional $6250.00 would be needed to upgrade the panel, install LED lights, which he had told us werent necessary, and to put copper pipes under the sink (which already had copper pipes). He refused to continue the work without an immediate payment of an additional $5000.00. 9/4/15 We arrived home on that Friday night to find chicken bones on the floor of our demolished kitchen and empty beer bottles in addition to garbage, paint, plaster, tools and more chicken bones scattered all over our driveway and backyard. (Pictures enclosed-#1) We called the company and were told they would come out the next day to clean it up and haul away the trash. Instead, they moved the trash to the side of the driveway, leaned it against our new redwood fence, and it remained there for 4 weeks. (see enclosed picture #2) - The choice of cabinets had to be done by text because THND had nothing to show us. They were then put in without approval and they were, in many cases, either wrong or missing. - A cabinet was place directly touching the stove, a fire hazard. It would not have been corrected had the city inspector not pointed it out. (see enclosed picture #3). - The awful molding at the top of the cupboards, which in many cases doesnt fit, was not a choice, it just showed up. And it started separating from the ceiling 3 months into the remodel, and had to be re-caulked. - The painting was done by a very inexperienced painter who didnt even have a ladder. He stood on two paint buckets to paint near the ceiling. - THND must not own any ladders or buckets because the men used ours, covering them with stucco and paint, and ruining a large bucket. - The light fixtures were completely closed BEFORE the inspector came. He was NOT pleased. Everything had to be opened up again for inspection. - Rather than move electrical outlets, notches were cut into the backsplash to accommodate plugs a very shoddy and amateurish job. (see enclosed picture #4) - An outlet was placed under the sink next to a leaking pipe. Again, the inspector saw it and saved us from possible disaster. - After the installation of the $5250.00 new electrical box, our brand new stucco was repaired so fast and poorly that it didnt begin to match the surrounding stucco in texture or color. We had to wait TWO MONTHS for a correction and a big mess was left on the steps and cement underneath. - During a heavy rainfall, a leak in the bathroom ceiling, right next to the newly installed venting fan/light exposed an uncovered electrical box with loose wires floating around. Alarmed at the shoddy work and danger of exposed, un-grounded wires, we called our own electrician to come and check the work done by your company. 2/24/16 Our electrician opened the ceiling in the bathroom to look over the situation. He said it is illegal to hide a box in the ceiling as had been done. Plus, it hadnt been grounded and the box had to be extended to bring it down to ceiling level. Since he had worked at this house in the past, he knew that the LED lights in the kitchen were new so he went up into the attic to see what else was going on electrically. He said there were two other boxes that had been covered up and werent grounded one in the main kitchen and one in the laundry area. Since nothing had been grounded so far he decided to check the new plug by the stove and found the ground wires cut off and thus not connected. He had to take out the box, extend the wires and reconnect the whole thing. Along the way he noticed that the new electrical box outside had loose wires, disconnected wires and mislabeled circuits. As he was working on the plug by the stove he noticed that it was on the same circuit as the stove and the microwave all labeled dishwasher. He said if we tried to run a toaster oven when the microwave was going we would blow the circuit. Id be interested to know what the dedicated lines to the kitchen actually are. We paid an extra $4000.00 for them. We now had several holes in the ceiling that need to be re-plastered. The electrician said that if it had been done properly the boxes that were covered up would, instead, have been turned around and opened UP to the attic instead of burying them. As it is now, the boxes on the ceiling, even with decorative covers, are ugly and amateurish. 3/15/16 and 3/18/16 your electricians returned to finish and check remaining work. Holes remained open in the ceiling of the kitchen, washer/dryer area and bathroom. An appointment to fix them was made and cancelled and then we never heard anything from THND again. 1/31/17 A continuing leak in the bathroom ceiling, caused by the vent put into our new roof by THND, had to be repaired by our roof people. We paid for this. (see enclosed picture #5) 2/2017 We had the holes in our kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom ceilings repaired and painted. We paid for this. To say that we were disappointed with THND would be a gross understatement. We saved a very long time in order to be able to afford a kitchen remodel. We expected to be working with professionals but most of the work was at best, amateurish, and at worst, dangerously negligent.

    Superior Home Remodeling
From the first meeting, Eran showed me a 3D design software he uses to input my bathroom into. This allowed me to make changes before we even started the job. He listened closely to everything I wanted and was very thorough in explaining how and when every step of the job will go. Once we actually started the job, I must say I was a bit anxious because of all the horror stories we all hear about construction, however, the complete job from start to finish went great! They actually finished before we initially anticipated, cleaned everything up, and even gave me an allowance to hire a cleaning company at the end! I would totally recommend Superior Home Remodeling to anyone that is in need of a professional company. Thank you again Superior!

Green Works Construction & Design Inc
I was fortunate to find Green Works Construction & Design with a simple Google search. Their fantastic contractor, David Stein, met with me and we covered every aspect of the project. He was very honest and upfront about time-frame, cost, and the requirements of the job, including potential pitfalls given the age of my property. I shopped around a bit and settled on David and Green Works. The end result was far beyond what I'd hoped. The project was to convert my garage at my Studio City home (original structure built in 1926) into a legal, modern ADU (accessory dwelling unit). My intention was to create a studio apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and living space that could be rented out. I already had the plans ready to go, but David made some suggestions that vastly improved the original concept. Once the work started I was continuously amazed by the speed and professionalism demonstrated by the work crews led by their incredible foreman Jose Elias, who, like David, always made himself available to me and walked me through every step of the process. My concerns were his concerns. Because of the age of the building, the City inspectors called for some work that hadn't been planned or budgeted for, and they got the work done at the lowest cost possible to me. I consider myself lucky to have worked with David and Jose and highly recommend them to anyone considering any sort of construction or upgrade.
