  The ladies do a fantastic job cleaning the house. The price was fair, they worked the entire time and are very nice. The problem seems to be whoever is scheduling them. I requested the service clean my house every other Wednesday and I have never rescheduled to a different day. On a number of occasions they just never showed up, never called. I have had to call each time, leave a message and wait for a call back to be told it was a scheduling error. If you do end up using this service, call them two days ahead of your scheduled appointment EVERY time they are supposed to show up.

  Jose and I spoke prior to the work being done; I had purchased an Angie's List deal for whole house carpet cleaning for $159, but I also needed hardwood floors, tile floors and kitchen counter tile cleaned. ��Jose said he would give me a written estimate the day he came to clean the carpet, and would reserve the entire day for my project if we agreed to do the rest of the work. ��Jose and crew arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the project, and gave me a price for the remainder of the cleaning I needed done. ��I agreed to the price, and they got to work. ��I have to say, the carpet and floors have not looked this good since we moved in twelve years ago. ��I am completely satisfied with Elite's work, and would recommend them without reservation.

  It went really well!  They were very professional and timely.  The price was reasonable (no hidden fees) and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. Highly recommended.  I'll probably be calling them soon for carpet cleaning.

  How did it go? It went well. They did a great job. The carpet is spotless. The technician advised us to keep fans running for a day or so till the carpet was good and dry.  Looks great, no complaints. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

  I got a quote from four different people from Angie’s List. They would be the people that I would be using. They don’t take credit cards. They take only cheque or cash only. I like the fact that I can stick it on my American Express Card for my reward points and a track for my accountant. They don’t even take pay pal or square. I loved their knowledge of stone so I will be using them when I have $800 to spend on polishing my floor. They were probably the most expensive but they presented themselves to be very knowledgeable. They brought pictures of the previous work done including letters of recommendation. They were very professional and were able to give me information about what kind of stone it was. I have not used them yet only because they don’t take credit cards. They were brilliant and know the stones. They were early and waited for the appointment time.

  ELITE MARBLE CARE

  Our appointment was for 10am. Eran showed up a little early. He was very professional. I really appreciated it when he told me that I shouldn't pay for his work until I'm satisfied. Well, I am satisfied. He did a great job. He polished the marble counter top in my bathroom and now it's like new. Wow does it shine. He also re-grouted an area in my travertine shower. He pointed out areas of the shower floor that he couldn't clean properly. He let me know why this was. This is good communication and service. I will definitely use him again.
